@Relzz I mean , low rank hasn´t really good normal def , i knew that in mhf2 elem. def is important , but dodn´t knew that u can use low rank armor agains G , in mhfu it´s so too (i think , i never really tested aout low armor against g-lv)

I had this game for ps2 . Well it was MH1 back then but I couldnt even get past rathalos/ or rathian i can't remember which one but it was impossible!!! Then i found out you need to play online to finish half of the quests. Lol that was a bummer how the fuck we supposed to play it online on the ps2 without gettin all this shit installed and having to read japanese...

Actually it's very easy to kill a Lao-shan by yourself. I did it with a hammer and dual blades. :)

yup g rank quests are the ones the yellow lady in the guild gives you and they are extremely difficult

the higher the mission is ranked the strong/harder the monster is. i've compared the two and thats what i found out. oh and it's not a g-rank mission.

Mining point + 2, or High level guild quests have them. Get HR4 or higher, and the mining points unlock, and you can mine them in the field.

Decimator, the weak one, haven't upgraded it. lol. but it was worthwhile though slaying off that Red Khezu for 3 to 4 times.(with partners ofcourse), i could only kill him once.(solo) & it was pain in the ass!

Devil Slicer won't work, try a weapon with a water/ice resistant or fire. but i recommended ice/water.

we've tried fire element, but the Red Khezu falls easily with Water/Ice. i ever read the faqs in Gamespot too. =] thanks anyway.

This one is in 7 Stars Mission(HR5).

G-rank are the harder Quests that appear in HR4 HR5 and HR6 missions.

(6, 7, and 8 Stars Quests)

Look at red khezu armour and you will see that it is strong against fire but weak to water.Look at white khezu armour and you will see its weak to fire but strong against water.I know its fucked up but its just the way they have it.

thunder sacs you get 'em from carving nor slaying a Red Khezu =] an high rank R.Khezu.. if i'm not mistaken, it's in 4/5 stars mission.

anyway, you can get 'em easily if you're in a Rank 5. or once you're in rank 5, try to upgrade your mining spot =]

you need a weapon with ice/water element! with this, the Red Khezu will fall easily, & you'll have the chance hitting it.
