Breaking up the soil with a heavy plow is very poor soil management and releases stored carbon.

I have five different vegetable gardens and I farm this way.

I constantly ammend my soil with manure compost leaves and grass clippings.

Chemical fertilizers are a no no.

My soil is rich and full of earthworms
