This vid is helpful! Thanks for posting! I've just found out after years of depression that i have an extreme nickel allergy (/poisoning). I had no idea something like that could creep up on you and consume your whole being! I was gobsmacked when i found out. Holistic treatment needs to be more recognized in our Western civilisation!!!
