Ever get that feeling when you play a game or watch a movie that you feel like you're in the fictional universe? I got that feeling when I played Oblivion, I have that feeling, now, playing Skyrim, and I get that feeling just listening to this music despite never playing Morrowind.

Morrowind is better because the whole viking/scandinavian thing is very played out, their culture and history is still interesting and fantastic, but I think it becomes less profound every time I see it, which is quite often.

Morrowind was a world Bethesda made through their own creativity. The different environments, absolutely incredible quest lines, amount of content, all come together to make a game like Morrowind, one that is unique in every single way the word can be expressed.

@impvr1 because levitating eliminates the need of and dependence on another creature.. increase the speed of movement, and cast your spells while floating... defensive or offensive. A dragon pet would still be nice though, powerful large summons to aid a wizard in combat while drawing attention and serving as tanks are always useful. :P It's just... I've had it with dragons... Dragon age, Divinity II: Ego Draconis... dragon this, dragon that... why does it always have to be a winged lizard? :P

The main theme is practically the Skyrim theme now :D It's so good! I'm glad Bethesda are bringing back the Morrowind style and atmosphere into Skyrim. Oblviion was good, but felt too homely and pressured for new updated graphics. Skyrim is bringing back that pure atmosphere!

@CharlieAndHisGuitar I hear you. Morrowind lacked in graphics ai and combat but it had some amazing quality about it. The atmosphere the story and so on. It also felt like gear had meaning to it and importance I hunted all the legendary items. In Oblivion I just felt like oh ok.... kill a daedra take his armor that's it? Both are great though and can't wait for Skyrim!

Actually, the date 11.11.11 is fairly well known now. It is not just known to "true RPG gamers".

Oh, and also, Oblivion is not the best RPG of all time. It just has too many problems for me to truly enjoy it. Morrowind is far superior in my opinion. There is a reason why I never bothered to complete Oblivion, yet have completed Morrowind multiple times. It's just a much better game. Hopefully Skyrim will be even better though,
