Don't give up hope - 3 days is still early, it will get better. Become an expert in dry eye disease because many Lasik surgeons don't know how to treat problems they create. If still worried in a few days, see a cornea specialist at a different clinic (one with no incentive to cover up bad practice of a partner). Be sure tear gland problems are treated - don't trust Lasik doc with this, get a specialist. Pay attn to how different eye drops make you feel and limit dose of preservatives.
I went on the Surgeons recommendation that my eye was fine and he was happy to go ahead. just like what your saying he said the dry eye is somthing that happens to everyone and my dry eye will happen for 3-6months max and the dryness will go away. I had my treatment 3 days ago and my right eye is dry...Im worried now after viewing your video!! Im regretting it now oh why didnt i see your video before :( Will keep you updated about my dry eye issue hopefully itl go away soon..
