I'm kinda stuck on one part because after i agree to the terms it says i can now disconnect from the internet and that there has been a setup error! Can you help me with it?

Glad that sombody asked this, What you have to do is open up Start Menu>Control Panel> then type in the search box , Windows Features > look for an option that says "Turn on or off windows features" > then you can enable and disable the features you want or don't need :D
