Have any of you Barkley badgers ever taken a berth in the 80's or watched early 90's basketball? Give me a break, Barkley went way harder than arrest did/does!
Chris Webber runs his mouth a lot, a bit too much for someone who hasn't sniffed a Finals and blew his only NCAA championship run because of a called timeout. That's crazy: Artest ONLY averaged .6 points better than Chuck. Round both the numbers to the nearest whole number and it's like they both averaged 17 points per game. Even towards the end of his career, Chuck was doing his thing!
Chuck is prolly the most deserving player never to get a ring. He is "not a role model" and and doesn't hold back his thoughts, but he is not a straight up thug and had (and still does have) a great love for the game, and has more heart in his pinky than artest does in his whole body

He pretty much wasted his prime years in Philadelphia where they failed to build a team around him. Plus there was a lot of Hall of Famers from that era like Patrick Ewing, Reggie Miller, and Karl Malone who dont have rings thanks to Michael Jordan.

@JaredWatsonVEVO the 76ers didnt win for the same reason that the celtics didnt win in 09 after they improved on their already great roster. there were better teams in the league. and in houston he was CONSTANTLY battling injuries (never started more than 50 games or so). if anyone's to blame its been the performance of his supporting casts. barkley was an averge defender but he averaged almost 1 blk a game and 1.5 stls which is amazing for his size and position.

If Ron was playing against a Prime MJ w/ the Bulls in the early 90's when Barkley was at his peak, Ron would have had No Rings to show for it either. A championship doesn't hold as much here because Barkley's career speaks absolute volumes, while Artest does not.

@JaredWatsonVEVO and barkley was definitely faster than artest in his prime. he's a little shorter than artest, but hes abused players way bigger than him and way better defenders than artest. and to label barkley as "a 6'5 rebounder" makes you look ignorant. he could score literally at will. his fg% was amazing and like i said before, he had quick hands and averaged more steals than your most pf's. i can almost promise you that no nba player (past or present) would agree with you.

Artest winning a championship really proves nothing considering he joined up with an established championship team on a league that absolutely no way even remotely was as dominant or as good as the era that Barkley played in.
If Ron was playing against a Prime MJ w/ the Bulls in the early 90's when Barkley was at his peak, Ron would have had No Rings to show for it either. A championship doesn't hold as much here because Barkley's career speaks absolute volumes, while Artest does not.
