@TheShorty312 - Blade Man starts off by attaching himself to the wall on the right. When this happens, run towards him while getting a few shots on him, but stay low. If you're quick enough, the blades should fly above your head but not hit you. Blade Man will then fly onto the ceiling on the same side of the screen. Hug the wall and time a jump so that the blades fly underneath you this time. Now he'll reflect his pattern on the other side of the room, just mirror your movements.

In a way, Blade man's stage trains you to become a better fighter by having you control your jump height. Also, he has a simple attack pattern, so you could use the strategy study your opponent and find their weakness.

On the see-saws, just wait for your platform to stop moving, and you're low enough, I think.
