Noir is an AMAZING anime, and cheap thinpacks are available from ADV, I highly recoment buying it. (I bought it with series box, spending somethign like $80 USD and it was worth every cent!)

Great video, nice usage of the picture fade transitioning. Just a few minor things, I liked the song used for the video but I never really felt it matched up with the selected clips till near the end. A few other effect/transitions would have pushed it up as well. But like I said before twas great video.
