Well, we´re from Mexico City and the Ortiga has a diferent meanings and has many leyends. One of those leyends comes from a town where the lead singer was born. So, we decided to adopt the name of ORTIGA. But actually we didn't know nothing about ortiga from chile after a couple of years. And you're right, they where really great.
