it took me three weeks to get my son back from her i had to drive to ohio.Then she got him again and kept him for 2 weeks i had to drive to Ohio with my court orders to the judge which took me 4 days to get Ohio to recognize Texas custody then the sheriff had to force the mother to return my son or go to jail.Now she wants him again and i cant afford to drive to Ohio miss work again what do i do she is sending threatening text messages help me!!
Do you know of any probono family lawyers.I won primary custody of my son in a jury trial in January 2009.I had to take him to therapy for over a year for the life his mother had put him through.She Drug out this battle for 14 months i am 50 grand in debt she of course had a free lawyer cost her nothing.She was supposed to get him for the month of July per court order.When i called her to ask what time she was bringing him home she wouldn't answer or return my calls she had taken off to ohio
