Serial killers would probably come up with the best environmental solutions. They're almost always of a higher intelligence, and probably obsessive enough to stick with even an impossible idea, like... a... gravity fueled car. If we can channel their misanthropy into more productive uses (maybe a little killing on the side), the world's problems might just go way.
