@agrokarthi it is used to connect your bodies energies or chi with the music associated to it to balance with nature I believe its good for meditation as well which well bring a more stronger connection for instance if you read the Iching the dragon is the oldest sun associated with the liver and the Zhen Triagram in the Bagua as well as can shift into many forms would be used to remove obstacles holding you down and create more creative ideas and solutions
