i am beat this game, and know, i am sure: its ten levels. Ending title and congratulations exist, because i saw this.

The level where you were after destroying the building was the sixth level. I believe that there were ten levels in Twin Cobra, not five.  It was true that the game repeats the music from the first five stages, but there were really ten. I think that there was an ending to the Twin Cobra.
