This take was finally issued in 1941, 13 years after "take 4" was first released. Victor's policy was to hold at least one "alternate take" of virtually every recording for an indefinite period (the notation on the master was usually, "Hold for 30 days")- sometimes, two takes were simultaneously issued at the same time!

Atticus - my copy of this also has the same high-pitched squeal in the ending seconds. It is even audible on my 8-30 with the lid open!
