Loved what he said about fans. I met Joe "Daddy" Stevenson at the No Gi World's last year. I was slightly nervous and went up to him and asked him for a picture and he said, with a smile, "Absolutely." I hope to train with Joe "Daddy" one day in the future - probably after he's done fighting in the UFC.
