vanhalen82000 is an idiot. Obviously it sounds different. The Stones are constantly changing it up. How do you think they've made it this long? This song is still Angie and still sounds like Angie. The only reason the version is horrible is because either the filmer or the uploader cut out half the song.

@Yellow4494 Bit harsh that, the song does still sound like Angie yes, but only in the same way that were Mick Jagger to paint a copy of the Mona Lisa it'd be different - it might still have merit, but it's not as great.

@zzippyman1 True maybe not as great, but still wonderful (in my opinion). Also I'd just gotten through listening to Angie live in Tokyo 1995 (I strongly reccomend it) and I think I actually like it better than the original just about. Still sounds like Angie but done in a very creative and beautiful way, and I thought this one here sounded similar.

@Yellow4494 Just listened to the Tokyo live recording and agree it's pretty similar (though not as good as the original's more plaintively sung version to me), but this Munich version seems far too hurried - almost like they were going through the motions somehow...

@martinboulevard1 This is a midsummer evening concert, but around that time the sun may be up until halfway during the show or even later....it was the 16th of July....in the summer with summer time in Europe (Munich, South-Germany) at some points you can have the sunlight until after 10 PM....
