that may have been the worst top 10 ever. the first few (10, 9, etc.) took more skill than the top few. that one guy sat there and guarded the enemy em. airdrop against dumb players, and the number one guy just camped and did a mix of hardscoping/quickscoping. any player with decent skill could pull that off with enough luck, meaning enemies running out in pairs to provide collaterals... worst top 10 episode ever.
