You can update your punkbuster in 2 way:

1) evenbalance ( d o t ) com - the offical PB website, and try to download the "manual updater" or what, and update it "manually".

2) Join an EMPTY sever, where you have got a NICE ping (1-80) (if your net is "great"), and leave the game alone for 5-15 mind...

if the problem doesnt want to disappear, then try some forum! PBBANS (d o t) com

put ur DVD of cod4 and select Spvc(or Something)
