I could've been army infantry but I got f*cked over by my government who cut the defence budget and now I'm paying €1600 a year to become an engineer in maybe civil construction (like waterways or protection from water) and make a lot of money doing that job. We already get treated by dogs & property while we are in, the rest of our nation (US) needs to show respect. But I will tell young people not to join. Lol shrapnel wounds can sometimes be pretty bad. I know a guy ( canadian army soldier ) who got his leg and his shoulder completely fucked up in afghanistan by an improvised grenade or sumthing. Doctors said around 1 year before he can use his leg to its full potential.

Lol shrapnel wounds can sometimes be pretty bad. I know a guy ( canadian army soldier ) who got his leg and his shoulder completely fucked up in afghanistan by an improvised grenade or sumthing. Doctors said around 1 year before he can use his leg to its full potential.
