Yup, Salt, Sugar, Sex makes it easy. I added "Scared" to remind me what the medulla corresponds with. Scared as in fight or flight. :)

I remember it like: aldosterone is from the outer layer. That has to do with the kidney. Kidney makes me think of Glomerular Filtration Rate. Voila:
