Hi, these UFOs that appear to dispelling 'orb shaped bodies' as you discribe, I personally think it's a type of gas/air for propulsion purposes. I myself have filmed these type of UFOs dispersing the the very same stuff. I've seen alot of evidence on YT to suggest this but I would say the best example that I have seen is has to be this daytime footage... watch?v=aIOIEkwWxxY

Even in your little clip here the jet of gas being expelled would make sense given the direction of travel.
