This game was a game to remember. The intense moments I had while I was alone with trandos crawling around about to jump out and attack you. In this game I actually felt the army kind of tense and the need to get to that checkpoint. If you guys haven't played it on hard, you should. Very great game, I think it's one of Star Wars bests!

Republic Commando introduced a squad mechanic I had not seen before, and not seen since I played the game.

Rainbow six, and Ghost recon be damned... Tactical squad combat was at its peak here... Both in the sense that they all had their own personalities, and combat strengths/weaknesses that the others had to compensate for.

@shadowmare97 its just too bad half the time the game didn't adjust the squads priorities

eg. scorch plants bombs faster, and game "wants" him to do it rather than sev or fixer

@shadowmare97 Agreed. RC introduced mechanics that really haven't been in any other game since. It's such a shame that Lucasarts won't give us a sequel.

Awesome game. Awesome music. The game is better than any movie or any other Star Wars game EVER. AND IT'S THE ONLY GAME EVER THAT ISN'T CENTERED AROUND JETIISE!!!!! Jetiise aren't all glorious and wonderful. And this game finally doesn't imply that they are. Most amazing game ever, and super realistic.
