All these snakes do actually have their fangs, ive have been to this exact show, and they show the audience up close, the fangs inside all the snakes mouths. And they also show you where they have been bitten, and havent had a chance to get to a hospital so they had to cut a chunk of flesh out where they were bitten so the venom doesnt spread. This is not animal cruelty.

Culturally, snakeshows have been around for hundreds of years, however, in places like this, Cobras, along with alot of other types of snakes (Cobras are the most popular snakes for shows, however) have their fangs ripped out of their mouth, without any sedative. Actually, they say it removing the teeth, but its the 'little poisen bag' inside snake's mouth, which they remove.

That is probably an exaggeration, they would need some sort of a needle-like instrument to remove the gland without severely harming or killing the cobra, even when the glands are removed nine times out of ten they will reproduce the organ if the procedure is done improperly. There have been multiple accounts where someone will buy a venomoid and will be envenomated from the so called 'devenomized' reptile.
