Standard tuning:

F#m [244222], D [XX0232], A [002220], E [022100].

He uses a capo but he is playing the same chords, just different variations. Those 4 chords make up the entire song. the intro is mostly A, and the first part of the first verse is too. then it goes into a different progression for the second half of the first verse (F#m, D, A) and then ends the verse on a third progression (E, A). Chorus is (F#m, D, A) and ends on (E, A). The rest should be easy to figure out by ear.
