tobi could be an experience from orochimaru or it could be from one of madara creation cause btw madara had the rinnegan bfore he died so he could have create something like the black zetsu. Anyway there's some theory that are very good since we know that tobi got the 2 DNA of uchiha and senju. Oochimaru did a lot of experimentation long a go too and madara said to kabuto that he had some under worker ( orochimaru ) who was tryin to mix madara DNA with hashirama like oro create yamato too

@Haik000 I think it really is the older son of the six paths because Tobi Sure know a LOT of history about the Sage of Six Paths and the whole Uchiha / Senju history. Plus he is super old and he Claims to have given the Rinnegan to Nagato (guessing after taking it from his dad after death.) cause he said he was "taking what was mine to begin with". And the real madara seems to Know who Tobi is as if they had planned it before Madara died.

It is so weird. Tobi has a LOT of madara's traits such as the sharingan [He stated that he gave the rinnegan to nagato] Sharingan and can control the 9-tails with his mere eye.

When he fought the 4th hokage the 4th saw such traits and immidiatly assumed that he was madara.

P.S Tobi is the most badass guy in the series, fuck, every Uchiha is freaking badass. (that is if Tobi = uchiha.)

He'd be old enough to have informed Madara of the Moon's Eye plan and have a grudge against the Uchiha for turning on his brother after he'd sacrificed his eyes to Madara. Remember he said, as madara, that his brother gave him his eyes, not that he took them and killed him. And it's not like he couldn't have taken someone elses eyes after Madara took his. You know how versitile sharingans are. You can put them in anyone.

I don't know if you notice but Tobi sharingan power allows him to slip through time and space and teleport somewhere else! Well Kakashi mangekyou sharingan kinda do the same thing it also him to create a space and time dimensions that he got from Obito before he died. Its kind of strange that both Tobi and Kakashi have somewhat of the same sharingan power. Maybe it just's me! :)
