@kinsmon123 Well I pray for you like I said you just as many sought it out through man not the true God. The lords word will never turn to dust, your speaking of other religions without relationship goo that even your mind can see that. the Bible is timeless truth, and as God's word say every knee shall bow and every tongue shall confess you are Lord yours will as well as mine the only difference is mine does it now. Ur still in constant search in earthly pleasures seek God.
@kinsmon123 I'd ask if it's such a fairy tale then why did you seek it to begin with? The problem is you as many others go to the church to seek God through his creation (people) and since we're all sinners the fail to love those around us as we're suppose to do fails many and it did you. Seek god for who he is not for what we are, the problem is you gave up! Seek out Christ and let the holy spirit dwell in you & guide you because your really not living your still seeking!
You know. I never quite understood why that Saber-toothed cat is always featured in the opening and the ending, but he is never shown in the sequence of the story like Dino. Why do you think that is?
@kinsmon123 Wow you really are a prick; people like you give all atheists a bad name, describing somebody's believes as fairy tales is extremely disrespectful. Shame you are to weak to see that everybody's opinion is as valid as your own. you have my sympathy.
I love this video. I just watched the Flintstones Christmas and it brought back several childhood memories. If you really enjoy feeling nostalgic, you should check out this site I found by searching, "Generation Z JFBS".
This will continue to be one of my favorite childhood Christmas cartoons.
@kinsmon123 JESUS IS REAL!!!!! YOU NEED TO GO TO A BIBLE BELIEVEING CHURCH . A CHURCH THAT IS SAVE, AND BELIEVE IN THE HOLY SPRIRT. IT IS SAD PEOPLE BELIEVE ONLY WHAT THEY SEE WITH THEIR EYES. I FEEL SORRY FOR YOU.
@sobelladulce they lived in a parallel universe, where the stone age had certain characteristics that our universe has had during the last 50 years or so. just as ann margrock and pterodactyl airlines and dr. frankenstone and hollyrock and mexirock and cary granite existed in THEIR stone age, christmas existed as well. heck, some people in THEIR stone age were likely doing jewish holidays and muslim holidays and buddhist holidays, but the flintstones' town (bedrock) was mainly into christmas.

@MsHeart39 Christmas is NOT about Santa. Santa doesn't even exists. Christmas is all about celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ and I am NOT ashamed to say that! Christmas isn't about presents, or Christmas trees or whatever, its about Jesus. December 25th is a day to celebrate Jesus, not Santa!!!

@coventrygardens Very good explanation! And if you tuned into this universe 4 or 5 decades after the time of this episode, you would find people, perhaps the cranky Mr. Slade's grandson, pushing the Happy Holidays PC nonsense. That would make for a good sequel, perhaps with the adult Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm and their children showing the meaning of Christmas.
@CarolinaNIM yep, that sounds like what happens in that universe. everything that happens during OUR modern period is similar to what happens in THEIR stone age.
@Srbija141 That was exactly my reaction when I first saw the episode as a child. In another episode, Fred talks about going to see a movie called 1 Million BC, about life in the future. Of course, how would they know how long BC they are? As another poster says, it's only a cartoon and it's fun. It kind of reminds me of the Twilight Zone episode with Art Carney as a store Santa who gets to fill in for the big guy.
@Srbija141 And that is how you know Christmas is just about the presents. More to the point, before coca-cola, which actually invented the Santa Claus we all know and love.
Didn't anyone ponder the impossibility of A Flinstones Christmas? Stone age? Dinosaurs? Y'know, B.C.? Before Christ! Jesus Christ wasn't even born yet, on y'know ......CHRISTMAS?!
why did the Flintstones celebrated Christmas if they lived before Christ

It is weird that the Flintstones are celebrating Christmas (since they are before Christ), but they are a "Modern" stone age family.
