A little story to I'd like to share. After an accident with 6 (near death) I had a PTSD along with ADHD leading later on in life to a nice BLD! I know...

Luckily I never liked pills and only took them sporadic at best, but rather believed in the power of the mind. Find the distress in your life and heal yourself. Many did so already just like I did as well.

Both me and my sons psychiatrist were against him takin Ritalin, but the school demanded he was only accepted back if he on drugs! He took them and needed a higher dose as he grew, I researche d& found it was cocaine based so stopped him taking it, didnt tell the school but he got thru. There are people informing us now of the dangers and the misconceptions of using these drugs so am glad you resisted. I dont take my sodium depakote for bi-polar either ...lol
