The dead sleep until the ressurection. Demons are angels. Jude tells us the spirits of the dead nephilim are also demons which wander the earth without a body. But then, they were part man and part angel. They do not sleep when they die.
Do a search for the word "sleep" in an online KJV. Read all of them. You'll find quite a few passages that explain that when we die we sleep in the grave untill the ressurection of the dead.
Read Jude 1 to see what it tells us about the spirits of the Nephilim.
