1. Remove memory card first. I had a hard time removing the motherboard because the memory card was in.
2. At around 2:25, when the plastics of the back come off, and it's time to remove the little circuit board, in the video the circuit board doesn't have any screws. On my 700P, it had two Philips screws that needed to be removed.
