Weird thing but I do to prevent shaking is add weights to the bottom of the structure to lower centre of gravity. This lowering of centre of graqvity stabalises the structure.

i think i can figure out the timing problem. if you manualy operate the drive tires controling them yourself you can avoid a timing problem

It's mostly the tire drive that stops the train. The friction brakes are just 2 lines of half moon connectors in parallel, one for each side of the train to hit. Like this: ======== . The train rubs against the outside of the ======= when it passes over.

This is absolutely THE most incredible K'nex roller coaster I have ever seen. It runs so smoothly and doesn't have insanely unrealistic g's like in other K'nex coasters. It looks SO realistic! And the detail is just phenomenal. And on the first over-banked butterfly-wing curve, they were both perfectly symmetrical to each other!!! How did you ever manage to accomplish that?!?! Over all, everything was just perfect and I hope to be seeing a LOT more of your work. Keep up the great work!!!!

Thanks a lot. Everything that is symmetrical, I just mirror the supports w.r.t the plane of symmetry and copy the first half over to the second side. I want to build another coaster soon, but I have space issues now that I've moved. I do have a coaster in mind and ideas for its construction.

3)Some parts were really hard, like the first drop and the zero-g roll. It takes a lot of patience and requires perfection from every angle.

4)Definitely. This is my passion for the future, so it is always a thrill to watch it go. You also get that feeling of satisfaction when you look at all the work put into it to make it a success

i had the same problem. just add a rubberband to the rachet on the bottom to hold it up right. not too tight so it wont hook onto the chain, but just enough to hold it up.
