Thanks very much for the video. The former ghysels collection is one which I would really love to see having only heard the organs on recordings before. Hopefully a permanent home for the collection will be found soon. Well done for the Belgian government for preserving such a unique part of their heritage!

Thank you for your comment. The national musea had a great idea indeed; but this collection stays a private one. And this exposition was made in the Beaux-Arts musea, not even in the instrumental ones ! There is a big debate over the government's 'instrumental' politic; in a few years, there were big errors in their instrumental museum.

Today, there is no dance organ, only two old and very basic harmoniums, etc. The instrumental museum of Brussels is basically great, but there is so much to do !

With pleasure ! I think the belgian Tv made a TV show a few years ago where we could see the Frangema, but I don't remember the broadcast's title ... The exposition is open to march2009 :)
