Holy crap kidney stones are the WORST. I had so many kidney issues this year that have finally started to calm down. UGH. I started keeping Uva Ursi tea in my fridge sweetened with honey and I sip on that ALL THE TIME. Its supposed to be good for kidney stones and yes, the pain is worse than labor and I gave birth to a 10lb child. UGH. Glad this video is old and hope you are doing better.
@Msntrain How I wish I could drink tea again! I had my stone analyzed and found out that tea was probably the cause. It's high in calcium oxilates and I had been drinking 2-3 liters of it a day because I thought it would be healthier than strait water :(
Man, I know what it's like to feel that kind of pain and I really feel for you. Maybe you could shop around for a urologist who has the equipment to break up kidney stones using sound waves.
It's incredible how expensive health care is here. Someone is most assuredly making a ton of money out of the system. Reminds me of a nurse I used to date who said she could make $300 a shift at a hospital without really doing anything. And this was in 1986.
@javadude54 A fellow sufferer! I know hospital bills can get really expensive, but I just can't fathom paying all that money for health insurance just in case the things they cover specifically happen. I could afford it if I juggled things around, but I'd be completely broke all the time.
Oh no J, I'm so sorry you were under so much pain, but I'm glad you finally found help. LOL on the dirt stuck in your crotch line!!!! I can't imagine not having health insurance in the states. In Norway we have social insurance, so everyone is covered even for emergency services (paying high taxes has its payoff). I think it's really cool how you continued with the video. And I rather have another child than a toothache...strangely enough. So, in some cases, labor pains aren't as bad. :)
I'm surprised to hear you say that about the labor pain. I always figured it would make a mother really angry to have someone say that any pain could be worse that labor. I feel better now!

I'm lucky that I'm a Veteran and the only medical costs I have to pay for are the co-payments on prescriptions... or I'd be in big trouble.
