I'm not totally sure, but if I remember correctly, you have to unzip the zip file you downloaded into your GRAW local folder. I'm not really sure. It can select/use the M4, but only the M4. My only option for other weapons is picking up from dead soldiers etc. (Mu game crashes when I try to select another primary weapon.) Keep in mind, all this may only pertain to GRAW 2

Download the wanted file and read the "readme.pdf". Ther is all you need.
Start the game with the bp_weapon_pack_2.05.bat file.
If you start the game with the normal exe then the game starts as usual.
Start the game by clicking the bp_xxxxxxxx_.bat file and the mod is starting. Then you see a similar trailer like this video.
This video in here is the trailer of the mod that the modder "brettzies" did by himself.
