wow this works. When i first got into puberty, I had bunches of pimples on my cheeks, forhead and nose even my chin! I didnt know what do do cause ive ever gotten them before, then i got this paste with oatmeal and the other stuff and it went away in two days!! @mangalover45 no not at all, it just dries up the zit. toothpaste also works on bug bites yo help reduce itchiness because they dry them out. that's why you must be careful to avoid it on direct skin or you'll wake up with dry skin too! doesn't sting at all, promise(:

Listen, I had bad spots and a touch of acne on my cheecks what I did was stop eating junk food e.g chocolate and fast foods (i found this hard) and I went out jogging 5times a week and with in that week I had basically next to no spots , the sun gives of vitiman D which I good for skin but since I live in scotland it is quite hard to get in the sun coz there is hardly any of it but since it Is the festive season all I have dont is eat chocolate and now my acne returning . Diet does matter!!

@amrskater11 Stop squeezing! You will just scar even more! Wash and moisturize your face twice a day (with a face soap) and try not touch your face. Avoid sodas, greasy and friend foods and chocolate. I find that I get acne when I eat chocolate and dairy. Gluten can also cause acne :)

Here is how I get rid of my pimples (I hit my growth spout early)

Night time: Use cetephil And Differin. Cetephil you can find at chemists but have to have a prescription for differin.

Morning: Use oxy5, dove moisturizer and cetephil. Find all of these at chemists. Or subscribe to my channel for more tips.

The only thing I do, when I get a pimple is to take some Vaseline and some Proactiv Repairing Lotion on a bandage and put it on a pimple overnight. (-:

If you don't like to have bandage in your face all night you could just put the Vaseline and the lotion on. (-:

I also tried it today after washing my face - my pimple was red and irritated.

After about 1-2 hours with this method it was much less irritated and it was smaller so it's nicer to cover with makeup.
