how are you losing weight? I have pcos and i have been trying so hard to lose weight and nothing. i know you said you cant take clomid anymore because of your insurance have you tried to get it without your insurance? i take 100mg and i only pay 18.00 a month for it
I'm following the diet out of the book...The Natural Diet Solution for PCOS, it's very strict limiting a lot of foods, no dairy, no carbs (only natural carbs like from fruit and veggies) mostly I eat fruit, veggies, lean meat and nuts. Yeah I know clomid isn't very expensive but I can no longer be seen by the doctor I was going to so I would have to pay to get a new prescription...and just to be seen is like $350
