No, from what I've read his record time was 15 kilometers in 18 minutes with wind in the back. That's 50 kilometers per hour.
35 kilometers per hour is really not that special. I did that too on a crappy bike when I was about 15/16 without problems. I once managed to do 3.5 kilometers in 5 minutes and was completely spent. That's only an average of 42 kilometers for a short distance, 50 kph for 15 kilometers is unbelievable.
