  • do you hear that?! Do you understand what you have done?! Because of you his ear's not here!!!

  • Without my sweater.

  • Great song, funny lyrics...typical for Fred and George! Those twins really wrock!

  • Comment removed

  • Love gred and forge :D

  • Snape just missed the death eater who was going to curse him worse! LEAVE SNAPE ALONE!

  • I'm about to try a charm... oh dear... but either way a great song!

  • ***SPOILER***** snape just missed a deatheater. he hit george on acident

  • I when I found out that Fred died. I haven't even seen the last part. George is my fav, but still!! Stupid Rookwell, whoever that is. Now I've got to put that part in my Draco Malfoy Fanfic, and I'm onna cry some more!!

Dang you, JKR!! Why ?!??!??!?? Boo hoo! * tear *

  • snape disliked this because he was aiming for a death eater and now is being blamed for the ear.

  • WHY FREDDIE DIED why???!!!!!!!!!!

  • @JuliaBandosz I agree. JKR had to make us understand that with victory there is death, though. And boy, did we learn. But still, thats no EXCUSE for killing Freddiekins. :'(

  • armer george;( Sectumsempra - then it's gone! :( snape wollte vorbeischießen, aber dann ist george reingeflogen:( er kann eigentlich nichts dafür ! :(

  • WTF!?!?! hahaha

  • o,o totaly true.

  • I don't understand why people are hating on Snape... he was trying to protect George he was aiming for the death eater trying to kill George... its in the book (I Think)

  • lol my ears not here i was sad wen fred died :(

  • I don't understand how people can hate Snape, especially after what was revealed in the last book. he had to live with himself knowing that he killed the love of his life, due to pure ignorance. And then he vowed to protect her son. HOW CAN HE BE HATED??? Always loved him, and i think Alan Rickman did a great job, especially in the deathly hallows part 2. Oh, and sure, James was an arrogant bully when he was in school, but he did tell Lily to grap Harry and run, leaving him with Voldemort

  • Rookwood didn't kill Fred! The wall next to him blew up!

  • @noobslayer731

rookwood caused the explosien!! :D :D

  • Oh come ON, George, you're angry at poor little Snape for destroying your ear, and not mad at Rookwood for killing your TWIN BROTHER?

  • @artsyfartsy1998

This song is about chapter 5. What you're talking about happened in chapter 31. Plus, this is just supposed to be funny.

  • @hpfan882 It IS funny, I just like defending Snape. Sowwy.

  • @artsyfartsy1998

I understand. I like defending Snape, too. My friend thinks he's evil. :-(

  • @hpfan882 HOW DARE HE/SHE? I MUST DESTROY HIM/HER! LIKE GEORGE'S EAR/HEAR! (wait, what?)

  • i'm holey.

  • Hey in the most resont movie George has two ears weird!

  • @firepelt222 If you look at him, his one ear is slightly smaller. You never get a good look at it. The thing is that, in the film, he wasn't just left with a big hole in the side of his head. It was more like half of his ear was messily sliced off, which makes sense, since not only were both Snape and George moving fast on broomsticks, but Snape wasn't even aiming at George in the first place.

  • @Frankiebug21 and @megami733chan

50 points for each of you. quite a debate you got there.

  • @AnnaaRchen Thanks! I'm kind of maybe just a little bit WAY over passionate about anything Harry Potter lol.

  • @Frankiebug21 come on, there ain't no such thing as being "over passionate about anything Harry Potter". :)

  • Comment removed

  • @wxz91 But you are aware of the fact that Fred died, not George?

  • Comment removed

  • @wxz91 It was Fred that died, though. And that Fred died was the most evil thing J.K Rowling has ever done. I mean, they were AWESOME! So, Fred died, and it was wors then Dobbys death ...

  • @CessiCecilie I knoow.. I mean, that just wouldn't happen in some other movie. How could George ever recover from such death, after all they did together :(

  • @wxz91 Fail.......

  • Poor Snape... so misunderstood!

  • I was dying of laughter this whole song, x'D

  • "How are you feeling, George?"

    "Saint like"

    "What?"

"Yeah, I'm Holey, get it Fred?"

"A whole world of ear-related humor and you go with 'I'm Holey'." XD

  • Cool song. ^.^

  • I love Snape. ♥

  • Does it make me a bad person that I find this song extremely funny?

  • I think we need to feel bad for George cause when you are dead you feel no pain right. And plus Gorge has to deal with being twinless and earless. At less Fred get to keep both of his ears.I feel bad for George.

  • @ALLCAPSfan98726 Ummm... I agree, we have the same tase...

  • I honestly don't feel sorry for Fred. George has one ear and no twin. Imagine how you would feel.

  • @hjbkblikjbkjb

Speaking as a twin myself, I would go mad with revenge.

  • (I've read the books about 1080 times each, before someone tells me to read the books) I HATE SNAPE. I hate James aswell though :L

  • @ginjaninjabasshunter Yeah, James is a douche. The only reason people like him is because he's the main character's dad and they're obligated to like him.

  • @elm1snoozer I AM NOT.

  • C'mon dont you think that in this song George still doesn't know snape is good

  • gotta luv the people who STILL think snape is evil....have you even READ the book?

  • @MelodySaki I don't think he's evil. But I still don't like him.

  • you evil git, my ear's not here sectumsempra XD I love this <3

snape isn't try to do that with him

but anyway I hate snape XD

  • he wants to protect George but he hit him. he wanted to hit the death eater behind George.

  • That evil git! Lol, this just made our day.

  • If you haven't, read the 7th book please!

  • @GinnyWeasleyPotter96

We've read it twice. Saw the movie too. Well, the half they put out anyway. Why?

  • Comment removed

  • @TwinsOfSlytherin but i get it now!

  • @TwinsOfSlytherin but i get why now. I just thought it over in my head

  • @GinnyWeasleyPotter96

    F: Its a funny insult.

G: And I know he loved Lilly but he was still a total jerk for six years.

F:Yeah, its hard to stop making fun of a git, old habits die hard you know?

  • @deiana101 yea. i realized that.

  • l love this song but i also love Snape

  • At least he's saint-like now.

  • That evil git! My ears not here... Aww, poor George. At least he doesn't die like Fred.

  • @teenceleb101 I feel worse for George than Fred about that too though...

  • You evil git XD THAT made me lol XD

  • has anyone noticed the twins SHOULD NOT BE APART?! think about it. We've always seen them together. The first time we see them apart (The battle over little whinging) George comes back, unconcious, bleeding and lost an ear. The battle over Hogwarts, they're seperated AGAIN and then Fred dies! Do you get my point?

  • @bezzybecks123 That's a really good point. When they were alone they got hurt.

  • @XxMadAboutPotterxX I know!

  • @bezzybecks123 Yes, yes I do!

  • I kinda burst out laughing when it got to the chorus :P Everyone's probably already noticed, but it's only when Gred and Forge are apart that bad things happen to them. I miss Fred </3 And George's ear </3

  • @lozahas ...ur loss dude. HPs the best ever, movie and books. But if u dnt wanna finish it bcuz ur pouting bout others talking bout somtin they love, then ur just a dumbass. Srry but its true. No ones gonna care if u finish readin em or not. Just cuz u say "im debatin on finishin em now" dnt matter. Like i said, ur loss

  • This is sad because it says that now his mum can tell him and fred apart, but really fred dies! he is killed! x'(

  • He's not an evil jerk !

Severus wanted to protect him !

That was just an accident ...

Snape is a good guy *-*

  • Actually i laughed when I heard this song for the first time...But I like, and Snape is an evil jerk -.-

  • Lol snape's a git !

  • snape actually just tried to protect him-.-'

    poor george-.-

  • @Sleepover137 feel worse for fred!!! DX

  • @445happy uhm as dumbledore says "don't pity the dead, Harry, pity the living and above all those who live without love"

and thats my opinion... I mean..fred is just dead but george los his twin... thats worse...

  • @Sleepover137 you're so right !

i don't want to imagine how george must feel ... don't even think i could.

  • @AnnaaRchen I don't think I ever could...because, thank god, untill now nobody died in my life that was really close to me

  • @Sleepover137 yeeeaaaa ok i just feel worse for fred

  • @445happy thats allright^^

I can understand that as well...

what I thought was soooo cruel was the facht that fred died just minuets after percy came back to his family and that fred died with a smile on his face....

I was really really really sad and crying an I don't know...

  • @Sleepover137 well.....at least he got to hear Percy's first joke before he died T.T

  • @Sleepover137 Yeah and Fred and George had like never been apart for more than acouple of hours/days at a time and when Fred died he wasn't even with George! the one bloody time they didn't have each others backs! </3

  • @Sleepover137 Snape rocks. But yes, poor George. XD

  • @Sleepover137 poor goerge?!?!?! POOR FRED!!! HE DIES!!

  • @LoVeR6141 and george has to live without his other half.... :/

  • @AnnaaRchen Yeah, he does suffer more..

  • @LoVeR6141 come one how often shall I say that?

I do feel sorry for Fred year I even broke into tears when I read it... but the dead won't feel anything ... they are just dead...you see but George has to live with the loss...that's worse...

  • @LoVeR6141 Would you rather die or lose your brother? I'd pick the first. I feel worse for George. He had to experience the pain.

  • @Frankiebug21 THANK GOODNESS someone who agrees with me.

all my friends think i'm crazy for thinking that.

quite a debate you've got here.

poor twin...gods...NGH WHY'D HE HAVE TO DIE?

the evil genius of j.k rowling...

  • Snape is a git. He killed Dumbledore!!!!!!!!!!! I dont care if it was on purpose. Dumbledor should be alive...

  • @jjkat13 Dumbledore would've died in a year either way.

  • @TheWeaselette yeah. i was just in a random fit of rage so i got mad because snape killed dumbledore... sorryz.

  • @jjkat13

It was all a plan...Dumbledore WANTED Snape to kill him.

  • @Voldie4 Hey buddy THANKS. NOW I DONT HAVE TO READ THE ENTIRE 7TH BOOK NOW THAT YOUVE SPOLIED IT.

  • @lozahas oh come on ... these books have been out like for ages ...

WHY HAVEN'T YOU READ THEM ?!

  • @AnnaaRchen cuz i havent been alive for ages,

  • @lozahas so, you were surfing HP music years after the 7th book came out. You still have not read it, despite the fact that you are looking at comments left on a fan video, and yet you expect not to be spoiled? Should we just not talk about the series at all to suit you? Pathetic, and putting your reply in all caps does not increase your credibility.

  • @ubershadowalliance So I have to read the 7th book right when it comes out? I wasnt a harry potter fan when it came out. I already knew that harry dies and comes back george loses an ear and fred dies. But totally ruining the plot twist on a video that is in no way even related to it just makes me mad and im questioning wether continuing reading is worth it.

  • @Voldie4 Wait Dumbledore wanted George dead?! *grabs knife* WHERES HIS GRAVE AND J.K. ROQLING?!

  • @LoveTacos13 Dumbledore wanted Snape to kill him (Dumbledore)! Guys, have you even read the books?!

  • @AnnaaRchen I /want/ to and I'm going to soon so ya but I know Dumbledore wanted Snape to kill Dumbledore. BUt I'm confused is him George or Dumble

  • @LoveTacos13 it's him as in Dumbledore. (Also... Snape hit George by accident.)

  • @LoveTacos13

No no no! Dumbledore wanted Snape to kill Dumbledore. :)

  • @Voldie4 Sorry, Dumbledore wanted Snape to kill him? Why?

  • @jjkat13 he wouldn't have lived either way....have you ever read the book (or hell even watched the movie?!)?

Severus Snape was a great man!!

  • @AnnaaRchen Hardly. He blew it with Lily, that was his fault. And he had no right to treat Harry like that. I mean come on? Just because he didn't like James, or maybe because he's jealous that James got Lily and not him? Both probably. I mean come on, he was the adult. He needed to grow up.

  • @Frankiebug21 Try to imagine Snape's life. Yes, he shouldn't have treated Harry like that. But imagine, the love of your life died, partly because of you and all the sudden, for the first time in ten years, you see her eyes. In another version but still her eyes. Every time Harry would glare at him, watch him in disgust, hate him, imagine what that must have felt for Snape. It would be like Lily's eyes were glaring at him, hating him, wishing he were dead. As if Lily blamed him. Every day.

  • @Frankiebug21 And yes, it was also because of Harry looking like James. But try to be in his shoes. Every day for seven years, a boy you hated would come to you and just attack you with curses and words. And that man ended up taking the person you loved. He was miserable. When Harry came, it was like his worst nightmare had come back to haunt him. For yes, James taunted him, made fun of him, but it was Severus that killed him. The ghost of his past, both Lily and James come back to haunt him.

  • @Frankiebug21 And still, Severus risked his life to protect this boy. This boy with the face of his worst enemy and the eyes of his beloved. This boy that he made sure thought he was evil, or else Dumbledore's plans were for naught. Perhaps he wanted to make amends, but he couldn't, because Dumbledore had a plan that he had to stick to. And in the end, he died for this boy. He could have saved himself. But he couldn't do that. He had to save him, for her. Because he'll always love her. Always.

  • @Frankiebug21 Or perhaps, I'm just over thinking things. I tend to do that.

  • @megami733chan Lol ok so I'm scrolling through and you wrote these three long comments and then this fourth that's two sentences long that completely draws everything back. Made my day. Anyway, I have thought about the things you mentioned many times, but who's fault is it the Harry, 'Lily's eyes,' were glaring at him with hate? Snape's, because he can't learn to put the past behind him.

  • @megami733chan I'm not denying that his childhood sucked miserably, what with an abusive father and bullies, and yeah, it was probably torture watching James get Lily, but that is still partially Snape's fault. He threw away the only true friend he had due to selfish pride. And look at Harry. He had the same childhood as Snape (pretty much) only worse because he faced discrimination from a teacher as well, and I didn't see Harry becoming a git.

  • @megami733chan Harry was even willing to give Draco Malfoy's kid a chance at the end of book seven, not to mention he's on 'Christmas card terms' with the Dursleys. And I think Snape enjoyed being crual to Harry and his friends. Like in book four when Hermione and Goyle get hit with jinxes and Hermione's two front teeth grow way huge and Snape sneers and says 'I don't see any difference,' that has nothing to do with James and Lily. That's Snape being a biased git.

  • @Frankiebug21 Let me just say, thank for not getting mad at me for disagreeing with you. I have met a lot of people of this site that tend to get ticked when someone tries to rebuttal their statements so I thank you for that. Okay, I would also like to add that I don't like Snape all that much. But the thing is, I can understand what he's going through. You say he threw his only friend away, and that's true. But he's been pushed around by the Gryffindors for too long to care anymore.

  • @Frankiebug21 He sees her as "one of them". Always being humiliated and embarrassed by an entire house, mostly like, the entire school. And then he meets the future Death Eaters. People who accept him for who he is. Not the best of people, but when the entire school has turned on you, you'll probably hang onto any sort of friendship you can get. So when Lily starts to insult his new friends, it hurts Snape. Because, as twisted as it sounds, these new friends are important to him.

  • @Frankiebug21 I think the reason he said what he said to Lily was brought on by peer pressure. His new friends hate muggle borns, so he could no longer be seen with her, if he really wanted to stay with these new friends, as much as it hurt him. Another note, Snape tried to help Harry as much as he could from the very beginning. Time and time again, he's done nothing but tried to help. You say that the reason Harry glares at Snape is because he's a git but I beg to differ.

  • @Frankiebug21 He disliked Snape from the moment they met. Perhaps that's the James in him but also from what he heard from his new friends. Which we can't blame him. He's never had friends before. Ron and his brothers tell him that Snape is to be believed to be a Death Eater. As a child, you don't question friends or family, so he's always had that mindset before ever speaking to Snape.

  • @megami733chan First thing.) I put my opinion openly on the net fully expecting some response. Not necessarily wanting it, but still. Getting mad would be really stupid of me. Thing numah two.) Snape should know better than to view Lily as the same as everyone in one particular group. It sucked for him, but he knew she was different. Third and last.) Snape gained his bad teacher reputation for himself. He was biased, and he did treat the students badly.

  • @megami733chan Plus, Snape was the first one to make any sort of hostile gesture in between himself and Harry. If Snape had proven everybody else wrong by acting nice, or at the very least professionally like he should have, then I have no doubt Harry would have been willing to give Snape a chance. He didn't dislike Snape, he was just cautious. And can you blame him? He had experienced nothing but reason to distrust most adults his whole life.

  • @megami733chan Look, you have your opinion and I'm obviously never going to change it, and I promise you're never going to change mine (I tend to be very set in my ways, not to mention stubborn) So let's just agree to disagre because this'll go on forever in a viscious cycle.

  • @Frankiebug21 Very true. XD Can I just say one more thing. JK Rowling said in an interview that the reason Snape was so mean to Neville was because he knew that he was could have easily been the Chosen One and if Voldemort went after him instead, Lily would still be alive. You could do whatever you want with that information.

  • @megami733chan On that note, can I just say that in an interview JK Rowling said that to her, Snape would never be a 'good guy' because, despite his good intentions and the whole 'for the greater good' thing, which Dumbledore and Gregorovitch kind of soiled anyway, he was still a horrible person. He held grudges, picked on kids, and was a general all-around bully. Do whatever you want with that information.

  • @Frankiebug21 and @megami733chan

O.O wow peoples. you really know how to debate respectfully. you've got my respect for being able to debate about snape's complex characters so long without starting to insult each other.

wish i knew people like you guys.

  • @8Ansa Thanks. I have friends on debate team, and I hate watching debators make debates personal. On another note, how embarassing! I just read through this whole thing, and I'm noticing, like, 5 typos per comment in mine. Grr...

  • @Frankiebug21 i never even noticed. hey, at least you use proper capitalization. XD

  • @Frankiebug21 and @megami733chan

You guys hold an amazing debate... But just to put this out there, because I don't think either of you have mentioned it... The biggest reason Snape hated Harry was because he was "living proof that Lily had loved another man." And while I do think he's a git because he actually enjoyed torturing them all, I can't really blame him for not liking Harry much... I know how I'd feel if I was in his situation.

  • Nice song! "You evil git, my ear's not here!"
