Oki a bit confused, when u lie down and u lift your legs up! other fitness expert says it slims ur thigh! But all i want is bigger butt and thighs! Is this the best way to do this help!
me too! my body has a strange shape where my curves start right above my hips and then dip in and back out again. it makes me very self conscience about how i look, so this is helpful
