  • my god.. he blinks! :o

  • Ahhh I see he just blinks fast

  • which one is more recommended for video editing like premiere and after effects?

  • WEI score???

  • is amd 8core faster nd stronger than intels 8 core for apple 8 core mac pro

  • @beepsbobby1 hell no man, I use it and its about the same strength as the i5 cause I have a computer with an i5

  • @dan75robot Through overclocking and making it work SO hard. i7 breezes through everything standard without breaking a sweat.

  • WEI score ,pls for stock fx 8120.(windows experience index score).Thank you!!!

  • i love mine

  • My 8120 ran no hotter than 47 Degrees Celsius during testing not overclocked!

  • 2:54 if u swing it like that ull get another band-aid lmao

  • What camera are you using? I love the quality and everything really. Whats your camera your recording with!!?

  • Please buy the new 3930K six core on sandy im curious how it is lol

  • lol I didn't see him blink, that takes skill.

  • is this cpu worth for gaming?

  • @daballaskind yes

  • @daballaskind no.get the beast 2500k or 2600k

  • @daballaskind no get a 2500k

  • I bought this ... waiting for it to be delivered !!!!

  • WHahhaa I LAUGED MY ASS .. the packaging comparisson was FUNNYY

  • AMD still uses pins...?

  • i guess yiou didnt hear about how they overclocked the 8150 and handed the i7 its ass on a platter and for power consumption i just went to tigerdirect and the i7 extreeme consumes 130 watts to run and the 8150 125watts so much for that! intel now wants to go 22nm like amd isnt thinking of doing the same keep running intel and amd will keep overclocking and awlays hold the crown like right now at 8.4 ghz lol!

  • @dan75robot xD guess you didn't hear that amd disabled 7 cores to do that. they overclocked 1 core to 8.4. thats kinda horrible. cool they got it that high but they cheated there ass's off by doing it that way. i wonder what this thing can go to with all 8 cores running... it has potential atleast but not compared to intel i5 2500k. same price but the intel still wins sadley, hope amd's next line of 8 cores are badass and actually do murder intel. can't wait for future products =D

  • @BassDemon420 From what I have researched most BD chips can reach reach 4.4-4.6 ghz with all modules enabled. However BD becomes terribly inneficient and power hungry at those speeds with all modules active. looking at th charts it draws more than 300W at those speeds!! You need a 500W PSU just for the processor! Lol. Some chips wil reach 4.7-4.9ghz all modules active. However to reach 5ghz or higher most review sites had to disable 3 out of the 4 modules:( Which makes it pointless

  • @lamiac2411 LOL load of bullshit. I overclocked my i5-2500k to 4.5ghz stable and it only pulls 96 watts. When i OC it to 5.0ghz stable it only pulled around 105-110 watts with all 4 cores. so no i don't need a 300 watt PSU just for the CPU. IDK what you been looking at but you gotta keep looking.

  • @BassDemon420 I was referring to BD not SB. You read what I posted wrong

  • @lamiac2411 OOH, yeah well those were there biggest setbacks. Im terribly sorry, I skimmed through the BD part lol. Im so used to saying SB that was my first thing that came to mind. Yeah BD isn't good at all with there efficiency. I really wished it would of been a Intel killer because right when it came out is around the time i was buying me a CPU. i planned on getting it until i saw reviews. Glad i didn't. Intel all the way! but man hopefully AMD redeems themselves.

  • @BassDemon420 It's all good I've done hat more than I like to admit as well. I feel your pain I held on to my Phenom 965 and my tired Radeon 4890 for .......almost 4 yrs maybe waiting for Bull Dozer. I just built my first Intel Rig last month:) I7 2600k and a GTX SOC 570. I was not happy with BD after seeing such terrible performance. I am blown away with the performance this i7 gives me. I can tell you though thta trusty X4 965 destroyed everything I threw at it. AMD will come back don't worry

  • @lamiac2411 HOLY MOLY MAN! 1.8Vcore is insane! intel recommends staying below "if i remeber exactly" 1.56. i know 1.5 is pretty high too! i got mine at 4.5 at 1.38. but if it works and its stable then man good job! Yeah my AMD system was Phenom 555 BE OC 4.0. stock voltage. It played all games i wanted fine. It was paired with a 8500 *PUKE* but about 2 weeks after i got the 8500 i bought a GTS450. still puke but it plays all games i want on medium to high 1080p. Can't wait for AMD's new line =D

  • @BassDemon420 Ummm ya typo on my part Bro sorry LOL. I meant 1.18 not 1.8!! ROFL. Hell no I would never chance 1.8V through my 2600k no flippin way that would fry out in minutes.

  • @dan75robot thats funny because intel has been in the lead and kicking amds ass for years, and amd finally came up with something good for once. although i do agree the bulldozer a great piece of work, its only one of their FEW good products

  • @musickid1337 The phenom line of cpu's is one of AMD's best line of products. I would still reccomend a phenom to this day. BD as it exists now is a failure. Phenom has around a 20% IPC detriment compared to Intel parts. While BD has an even worse IPC than Phenom. Hell the 1090T 6 core Phenom is generally faster than BD in most things

  • @dan75robot thats ok,no game will ever use 8 cores neither will any application so a quad intel would still be faster

  • @dan75robot You realize that was only using 2 of the 8 cores, right?

  • @dan75robot It's hard to tell if your an uinformed fanboy or just a troll. ARe you talking about an overclocked 8150 destroying a stock clocked 2600k?? Lol. Really? An overclocked 8150 @ 4.6 ghz just keeps up with the 2600k at it's stock frequency of 3.4 ghz and inches past it in a few things. Hardly "handing its ass on a platter". The 8150 is also producing tremendous heat and ripping over 300W of power from the wall at that speed. OC the i7 at all and BYE BYE 8150 while using less power

  • @dan75robot yeah but who's gonna have a liquid-nitrogen cooled opened case and will be up playing like battlefield 3 and throwing nitrogen every 5 minutes there, that's too expensive. I hope AMD to develop better "vision" APU's so we can play better on a laptop but 4 now on Intel desktop STOCK processors just smokes any AMD now

  • @dan75robot LOL yeah 8.4 ghz with 1 core active and it still would fail in performance

  • he cut his finger on the metal box you don't get cut on cardboard

  • LMFAO funny stuff

  • I'm pretty sure that AMD made a spelling mistake at 3:17 "Game play" instead of gameplay.... Not good enough AMD not good enough...

  • @PeterDK3 You Saddo

  • hahahaha ,, ur the best

  • @motherboardsorg hey! do you recomment me this Cpu for 200-300$ range, or you think there is something better? I need it for gaming i right now have intel core i7(8 cpus) 2.8Ghz.

    Cheers, thanks for the video

  • He doesnt blink he winls

  • haha - nice review!

  • how much could you overclock this with the stock cooler????

  • MADE IN MALAYSIA... state of penang, my state!

  • should i buy core i7 2600k for gaming or the new fx 8120 for performance??

  • @Turkish4evers bulldozer is yet to be perfected with motherboards and OS updates so i would go for bulldozer because its newer ;P

  • 3:33 That's what she said

  • go intel come amd sucks

  • I had no idea that people really cared that much about packaging, do you all leave your boxes around so all your friends can see the cool boxes ???? I don't get it sorry.........

  • Will you please blink!!! You're making me feel uncomfortable.

  • @megadog103 why i cant like(thumbs up) your comment?

  • @ThePakenshet I don't know:D

  • @megadog103 he blinks like ten times....

  • @StevenJordanGaming check out his other videos...

  • @megadog103 he blinked about four times in the first 30 seconds (and for him that is enough for the rest of the day)

  • @megadog103 He blinks all the time.

  • @megadog103 did you know his a robot

  • box is not important

    matters is the performance

  • yo cut your finger with that knife didn't you :)

  • Fuck the box. Multithreading is what counts.

  • woot for AMDs Box.

  • i5 4.8 ghz :)

  • @mindharvester

    well,when overclocked.

  • F you...

    oh packaging...

    sry!

  • at 8:14 I saw the AMD Sticker Logo and I got up to look at my Phenom II logo. I went to touch it and somehow my finger slipped onto my computer's reset button. I was pretty mad.

  • This is the 8120, there is the 8150 and in 2012 there will be a 8170 and maybe a black edition later, hopefully with the same prices :D

  • I'm definately buying this just for the packaging!!!

  • I like AMD but Intel is still better. I watched this few times just because of the joke at the beginning. That was really good and funny explanation how things are with new AMD processors. It remains to be seen what will do that windows 7 update for FX processors and later generations of FX processors since has been shown that first processors were not that good as later, but that is logical.

Still im sticking with AMD, perhaps if I were hard core gamer would switch to intel...

  • i r iz buying it for me new pcsszzz

  • I bet you cut yourself with that very same knife. lol

  • in my point of view this is a 4 core CPU

  • LOL the start of the video.his sad just because of the packaging xD

  • It's like Barcelona all over again. I feel your pain bro. Been hoping they did something special with all those 2 billion transistors and 8 "cores" but...it was all hype....

  • @MetalHeadNed666 At most four cores. So it doesn't use any more than 4 cores.

  • its liquid cooled? lol

  • @MetalHeadNed666 Games only use at most 4 cores

  • @Thegrandhighoracle FSX uses more than that, and that's only true for now.

  • Dustin Bowder?

  • @MatthewRichmond Agreed...

    Oh well...

i have a Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD7 waiting for when then do :P

  • YO man are u ok? u seem a little shaky the entire time

  • when games acutally start taking use of more than 4 cores amd's gonna rock. but im still happy with my 965 BE.

  • @IgotGreens101 Bulldozer failed even with his 8 cores

  • @3dkiller I bet if you took a game that requires 8 cores then pit them up we'll see how bulldozer is the only CPU viable lol.

  • @IgotGreens101 happy with mine too, thumbs up brother

  • @IgotGreens101 I don't think so.

  • @IgotGreens101 lol die hard amd fanboy, I switched from a 4 ghz 965 BE to a 2500k 4.8 ghz and the difference is like 50%

  • @Thryack how is he a die hard fan jesus youre a prick go advertise somewhere else you INTEL fanboy i bet you are a nividiot too huh?

  • @TheSkittlesNerd shut the fuck up fat american, I'm an amd guy (i fucking hate nvidia)

  • @TheSkittlesNerd i bet you are mid-range atiretarded

  • @mindharvester Nope I Have a gtx 560 ti with a i7 200k wich I got for cheap before I was looking at this.

  • @TheSkittlesNerd nice rig

  • @TheSkittlesNerd Nvidia are good, INTEL sucks but i hate them anyway. AMD and Nvidia are awesome. AMD GPU sucks

  • @GamerFreakzCOM the hd 6990 ( 2x hd 6970 gpu ) you costs about 550 $ and is double as fast in bf 3 than the gtx 590 ( 2x gtx 580) and the gtx 590 costs about 700 $. in other games nvidida is twice as fast, it belongs to the engine ;)

  • @ComputerInfoChannel ive seen videos of 550Ti SLI getting good FPS in BF3 and BFBC3 on 1600x1080 or something and its pretty good. I wouldnt spend that much money for a little device which can play games, thats what xbox's and ps3's are for, i dont see why people spend money on silly things

  • @GamerFreakzCOM Yes the 550ti is nice. but just looking at the hardware of the xbox 360 or ps3 you will never get the same fps on the same settings with a nice pc rig.

  • @ComputerInfoChannel where did i say it would be better or worse FPS than a xbox or ps3.. consoles have shit specs but the games are designed for those specs and they run the GPU directly through the chip so it doesnt lag. Hence why i said thats why they were created. so people didnt spend crazy money on a piece of hardware which is isnt even needed right now for these games.

  • @GamerFreakzCOM No you didt say dad but, i just wanted to say that. Thats the nice tzhing, but for the complete graphic experience i prefer gaming pcs :)

  • @IgotGreens101 When they start using 8 cores there are much better 8 core CPUs available... Most games today hardly even use 4 cores fully...

  • @Dex1n Yes, but when intel releases the 8 core cpus amd will have 12 core cpus for the enduser, amd is just a little faster than intel. amd just released a 16 core server cpu for 420 $ it can bosst up, to up to 3ghz in turbo core ;). much better than the intel cpus in this price class ;)

  • @ComputerInfoChannel God you're dumb... Intel has had the crown for like about 10 years now... And things haven't changed. If you're on a budget buy AMD. If you have the moeny go for Intel because it is much better. 8 core Intel rapes 12 core AMD in the asshole. You're just stupid AMD fanboy as your previous comments show. And for gaming Intel i7 2600k and i5 2500K eat Bulldozer for breakfast. i5 2500K is actually cheaper than 8150... More cores doesnt mean its better dumb

  • @Dex1n Yes in gaming the 2500k 2600k and 2700k are better at this time, but in 6 months or sth when some games suppoert full 8 cores. i have got a 8150 and crysis 2 on highest settings sucks about 40 % cpu :D. but a 8 core intel costs about 800 $ i would compare a amd 16 core and a intel 8 core becuase they are priced the same. mhmmm amd 16 core start at 500$

  • @ComputerInfoChannel How little you know about computer hardware... 1 Intel core and 1 AMD core are not the same. Everyone with brain in their head can figure that out, since they are made by different companies. 1 Intel core is about equal to 2 AMD cores, actually even more. 4 core i7 Sandy eats Bulldozer for breakfast. Many also consider 8150 really just as 4 core. Cause it has 4 modules each module has 2 cores. And it seems to be that 1 AMD module = about 1 Intel core...

  • @ComputerInfoChannel In 6 months there are Ivy Bridges which will wipe the floor with your Bulldozer lol haha ;D They are estimated to be up to 50% faster than Sandy Bridge. With even lower power consumption. Sandy Bridge draws less power on load than Bulldozer. On idle Bulldozer uses bit less, so Buldozer is a good buy for people who turn their PC on and do nothing with it xDDD

  • @Dex1n Its 50% faster with the intergrated GPU, the CPU will be 10%-15% better than Sandy Bridge.

  • @killersaad Again, every performance user will use dedicated graphics card. No one cares about integrated GPU... Except those who just browse internet and don't play games or don't do any other demanding stuff with their pc. And in the CPU power Intel is light years ahead of AMD. For graphics card AMD is a good choice, although you can't go wrong with nvidia either, but AMD CPUs suck cocks compared to Intel's.

  • @ComputerInfoChannel Amd 16 core loses against 8 core intel lol...

  • @ComputerInfoChannel Because Intel and AMD are different companies, their cores are not the same. Obviously their whole architechture is different. It's stupid to say "haha AMD has 2 times cores so its better!" When in fact in the benchmarks 4 core Intel beats 8 core AMD... 1 Intel Sandy Bridge core is at least twice as fast as 1 AMD Bulldozer core.

  • @Dex1n Benchmarks are not reallife homie

  • @IgotGreens101 Thats soo true i have got a 8150 and can run crysis 1 & 2 and far cry 2 without lagging :P at the same time :O. multitasking pure ;9

  • @IgotGreens101

    the 965 is a beast

  • Purple Band-aid FTW!

  • Like your intro :D

  • hm...

going to stick with my old 1090T...

    it is running at 4.5Ghz...

    WITH ALL 6 CORES!!...

    lol

  • i would die for AMD but, i was laughing my ass off when he stated comparing the packaging ... XD ..... this guy made my day ...

after all, intel is a great company , but they have a big problem with their everyday socket changing ... thats all i have against them ,, ah also overpriced ..

  • @RadeonHD6950 please refer to 0:57

  • @RadeonHD6950 4+4=12 holy crap! and i thought wheels are round ....

  • >8 cores

    >not 4 cores and 4 modules

  • Maybe u should try hollywood,Good acting

  • I think the FX-8150 is actually a good value. Its faster than i5 2500k and can best 2600k on some games. I think the initial reviews of the FX-8150 threw some people off, but AMD really did create a worthwhile chip that is priced appropriately. Check out the benchmarks on kitguru and hardwareheaven websites.

  • I hope this gets better when the arch will be optimized (aswell as the games).

  • Hahahaha...nice intro!

  • I just love your crazy funny sense of humour

  • no way, intel is still the best. I mean AMD still has to use 8 cores to beat a quad core from intel. Thats like comparing apples with pears!

  • I'm wondering the performance difference between AMD FX-4100 Zambezi 4 core and the phenom 4 cores.

  • the i5 2500k k?

  • unbox the FX 4100..

  • That's crazy.

  • don't even think about using the stock cooler it sucks worse than the preveiwers on this cpu.....load that B*TCH and watch it scream!!!

this thing will be screaming at you "is that all you got!" and "bring it on!"

seriouly when was the last time you complained about note pad not being fast enough?

  • hahahaha, the joke was hilarious.

  • Comment removed

  • This should have been an un-tinning not un-boxing

  • the amd 6 cores uses 125 watts

  • I got my motherboard good and drunk now what do I do Elric?

  • If you going to buy a CPU microcenter must go to

  • hahhahah 32 lol yeath

  • lol amd...

  • ** The FX-8150 is extremely Overrated **

  • @Dystt Actually its extremely under-rated.

  • shut the fuck up if you dont like amd and go fuck your seflf mother fucker ok?!!!!

  • @fanicafanica Umad bro? :/)

  • hahaahahahaaha ,funny INTRO :D!!

  • I'll wait for the FX-8170 at least, and give a biscuit tin collector the nice packaging.

  • @Irun11s Thx for the answer bro? U helped me a lot xD!

  • @bizzlebizzle1994 Also it syncs in with the GPU's cpu for better preformance.

  • @iMakeAtheistAngry that's what they said when athlon 64 x2 came out.

  • @bizzlebizzle1994 You can see the server legacy in this thing, it's made for software that's actually written properly to make use of all those threads (which Windows isn't, unless you run the server version), never mind most of the software running on top of it. I'm sure we'll see more mainstream 4 and 6 core versions beat this thing soon enough, unless you couple it with software that actually makes full use of it.

  • @bizzlebizzle1994

Man, you're right! I'm not a fanboy and I respect Intel products but everybody's been killing AMD.

I'm building a new system with this in it.

  • @bizzlebizzle1994 Its not that i dont belive you, but is there any source for this? im building a computer next month, and dont know what to choose, 2.5k or this.

  • @bizzlebizzle1994 MORE COREZ

Seriously though, their design choices for this architecture were just bad. You should never share a fetch/decode, that always ends badly. Also, microprocessor companies should be designing architectures that run pre-existing practical processes well, not make pre-existing software have to conform to your backward architecture that would require excessive parallelism just to get acceptable results.

  • EPIC begining!....lol

  • I've heard bad things about this.

  • Will be waiting...

  • i say intel > amd since most people build computers for mostly gaming these days + you can do most video editing on intel cpu aswell so my choice spend abit extra the better cpu

    INTEL ALL DA WAY :)
