Awesome, looks like you could also do with a 3D or steroscopic camera on the robot for better perception of depth. Do you have any failsafes, e.g. if you fall off the treadmill does the robot fall over too?

2. I should upgrade to the newest openni/nite package, I am using the one from a year ago.

3. I could actually speed up the robots motors response, but I don't because I don't want to risk damaging them, they react quickly enough to make this thing work usefully.

4. It doesn't seem as laggy in real life, the screen capture messes with things.

5. I need a faster computer, producing this vid with screen cap used 100% CPU
