Nice video , Im aiming to get a 600cc sports bike summer 2011.. ive ridden a aprilia rs125 and a yammy yzf r125. both great bikes but didnt own them long cos the winter came fast so im not that experienced atall. Im 19 about 5"11 , any ideas of a good first 600 sports thats forgiving and easy to ride and get used to? thanks

I like the 848, i've no idea on the lap times of all the bikes but I rekon it would be down to the rider and set up. I like torquey bikes and it handles well and sounds nice. I almost forgot to mention looks.

Ok maybe the CBR didn't take the win but it did do better than the R6. CBR got 2nd over the R6's 4th... Kawis are something I'd never ride, even though they have come a long way. so the CBR hits first for me. 2nd in the books first in my heart... TEAR :)

the zx6r is pretty well fit for taller riders, but the honda also would be, im 5'8" and i have set on the zx6r and the honda and i was fine, but there was definatley room for me to grow on each one.

dude just get Vortex lowering link. I know that R6 is the Highest compare to any other bikes. Especially on the 08 Model, then on the 09 model they lower the bike a little. I know this Because i have the 08 team yamaha blue r6 and my buddy has the 09 Raven R6

Yes, however i don't think its a good idea, not because i don't think you could "handle" it but i believe people should begin with an easy to ride, less powerful and generally more user friendly bike to acclimatise themselves to what its like riding on the road with traffic etc. Then move to what they really want.
