where is the fbi, the navy, scotus, congress, et alii. this is proof that he is waging a covert war against the united states of america and part I of 2 proofs needed that she has committed treason. all you need, now, is her broadcast interview in which she laughingly said, "of course, barack was born in Hawaii ...heh, heh, heh".
You know I'm not surprised. Why anyone would want to elect someone named Barach Hussein Obama for president of America is beyond me. Wasn't his name enough of a clue? The dudes a Muslim, our enemy!
@Solarwinds122 You know what? I don't care if other countries hate us. Let them, it's not like they haven't for years. Think for a minute, do you really want someone who sympathizes with the people we are at war with to lead our country? If so, you're an idiot.
@kkdkoolkat2 So let me get this straight. You want a leader who doesn't show mercy to our enemies. In that case you wanted a cold blooded killer to become our leader. Consider this the last comment because i can't talk to people who shows no compassion to others.
@Solarwinds122 Compassion, yes. Free reign? No. We can show compassion without others walking all over us. And thank you, I'd prefer no more of your comments as ignorance offends me.
@kkdkoolkat2 LOL you are stupid. How am i the ignorant one when you want people to die. You're just as bad as suddam you don't care if your own or their people die. You fail at being an american.
@Solarwinds122 So much for that being your last comment. Thanks for disappointing me. I never said I wanted people to die. The words "die" and "death" were not in any of my previous comments. So, you're not only ignorant but you font know how to read...
@kkdkoolkat2 LOL you never have to say the words idiot but you can actually imply them by how you same something. "Think for a minute, do you really want someone who sympathizes with the people we are at war with to lead our country" so because he is soft harderd you want a president who will kill anything that get's in our way? Sounds to me that you don't care if THOSE people lose family, friends, etc. Like said you don't have to say the words but you can imply them. Also is "don't" not font.
@Solarwinds122 I never implied that. You misunderstood. It seems to be a common problem for you. I never said Obama is soft hearted, and I don't believe he is. It makes sense that you would not want your enemy to be leading you. You want your president to be devoted to you, not the other side. I never said, nor "implied" that I want killing. And if you want to play the typo game, it's "say" not "same" and "soft hearted" not soft harderd". Why don't you keep your word and stop commenting?
theorem [Gr. theoréma a principle arrived at by speculation] a proposition capable of demonstration or proof. -- Fr. p. 1824 of "Dorland's Illustrated Medical Dictionary" -- 29th Edition (2000). ...also fr. p. 1824: theory [Gr. theoria : speculation as opposed to practice] 1. the doctrine or the principles underlying an art as distinguished from the practice of that particular art. 2. a formulated hypothesis, or loosely speaking, any hypothesis or opinion not based upon actual knowledge.
She says that Barrack Obama is from Kenya he needs to be impeached. To be a president in the Unitted States of America that follows by the constitution, you have to be a U.S. citizen, and then now that his home country is Kenya lets impeach him.
Hey she said that barracks home country in kenya this means that he isn't a U.S. citizen he should be impeached there is no way that she wouldn't say that without it being true so Barrack needs to be impeached. He is from Kenya not Hawaii hince the home country thing.
On July 27, 2009, the U.S. House of Representatives passed H.R. 593, commemorating the 50th anniversary of Hawaii's statehood, including the text, "Whereas the 44th President of the United States, Barack Obama, was born in Hawaii on August 4, 1961." The vote passed 378-0.
Y'all are banging your head against the wall and making asses of yourselves.
obama has a sordid past, worse , by far than Clintons. He was mentored for two years by a troubled marxist, frank marshal davis; Half brother of her so called father, her aunts husband.
Everyone knows, obama is no longer a citizen of the united states, if he EVER WAS. This kenya family is a ruse to get americans off his real ordid track. He lost his citizenship when he was adopted and moved to indonesia and is NOT a legitimate President. I plan to vote against all congressmen and senators in office when he was sworn in.
Thats your problem, we have people like yourself that don't even know the constitution, and others using scpoes [dot] com for their sources. No wonder the government feel it need to be in everyones business, most of you are idiots!
@dallasgoldbug On July 28, 2009, Hawaii Health Director Dr. Chiyome Fukino issued a statement saying, "I ... have seen the original vital records maintained on file by the Hawaii State Department of Health verifying Barack Hussein Obama was born in Hawaii and is a natural-born American citizen.
Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 of the Constitution sets the principal qualifications one must meet to be eligible to the office of president. A president must:
be a natural born citizen of the United States;
be at least thirty-five years old;
have been a permanent resident in the United States for at least fourteen years.
God, I love birfers. In all the maniacal fear and hatred over the possibility that the President of the United States may not have been born in the US that they've been whipped into, not one of them has ever realized that being born in the US is not, and has never been, a requirement for President in the first place.
@frellthat hahahahahahahahahahahaahhaahhahaahhaaha oh my word! that is the best thing i've heard all day! hahahahahahahahahahahahahaha wow, where'd you hear that?? haha of course he has to be a natural born U.S. citizen!! where've you been?? dallasgoldbug, very well stated!
@frellthat since when?? hahahahahaha oh and learn how to spell "birthers" ha what exactly is it supposed to mean then?? enlighten me, please. hahhhahaha
It means you are a US citizen by birth. It doesn't mean you were born in the United States. American citizens have children born in other countries all the time, and they're still natural-born citizens of the United States. That's one of the reason all of those birfer lawsuits were thrown out of court.
@thundercats80s In general, a "natural born citizen" means "citizen at birth", it does NOT mean you were born in this country. Note that John McCain was not born in this country, nor was George Romney (Mitt's dad, ran for president way back in the day). Even HAD Obama been born in Kenya, he would have been a natural-born citizen, as McCain was, because he had at least one parent who was a citizen.
But since there is no direct evidence that he was born in Kenya, no ambiguity exists at all.
@ImTheSecretSquare That's not true. The reason McCain is eligible is because he was born on a military base which is considered US soil. If someone just had to be a regular US citizen it wouldn't have specified in the constitution. Look it up.
@kkdkoolkat2 A U.S. military base is absolutely not considered U.S. soil, you are confusing it with embassies (or possibly just pulling it out of your butt, either way, you're wrong). A natural-born US citizen is a person who was a US citizen at birth, not necessarily a person who was born within the territory of the United States.
@ImTheSecretSquare You are wrong. Apparently you don't remember Political Science class from college. It specifies "natural born" because there is a difference between being a U.S. citizen and being a "natural born" U.S. citizen. If there was no difference they wouldn't have specified. U.S. bases ARE considered U.S. soil as a protection for our soldiers. Look it up.
@kkdkoolkat2 Yes, there most certainly is a difference - and that difference is that a "natural-born" U.S. citizen is a citizen AT BIRTH. John McCain was not born on the military base, he was born at Colon Hospital in the city of Colon, Panama, outside the Panama Canal Zone.
@kkdkoolkat2 As for your claims about military bases, I quote 7 FAM 1113: "Despite widespread popular belief, U.S. military installations abroad and U.S. diplomatic or consular facilities abroad are not part of the United States within the meaning of the 14th Amendment. A child born on the premises of such a facility is not born in the United States."
YOU "look it up". You're simply pulling all of this out of your butt and insisting it's written down somewhere. It ain't.
@ImTheSecretSquare Your use of grammar is appalling. "It ain't', "pulling all of this out of your butt"? Really now, You come off as completely uneducated. As someone who has spent time in the field of law and in college courses concerning law, I know what I'm talking about. You should educate yourself and yes "look it up" I'm not responsible for your education or lack of it. You quoted 7 FAM 1113, where did you get this reference? Who is it from? Quotes thrown around mean nothing.
@ImTheSecretSquare Of course, they are not born "in" the United States. It has just been established that those born on U.S. military bases are CONSIDERED born on U.S. soil. Obviously, the person wouldn't have actually been born IN the United States, we just established they are outside of the country. This has been established as a protection for our soldiers who risk their lives on a daily basis for our freedom.
@ImTheSecretSquare Ok, I have looked up your quote and will explain it to you since you have obviously misunderstood it. This is in reference to people who live outside of the U.S. and are not U.S. citizens. This ensures that they do not sneak on to U.S. military bases to have their children so that their foreign children will be given automatic aid. When the father of the child is serving for OUR army and is on the base with his pregnant wife then the baby is natural-born U.S. citizen.
@kkdkoolkat2 Ah, I see, so the Foreign Affairs Manual is just wrong because you say it is - thanks for clarifying that. I'm sure, being "someone who has spent time in the field of law", that you were JUST about to come up with something to back yourself up? No?
P.S. I like your complaints about my grammar (while pointing out uses of vernacular rather than any incorrect grammar) while incorrectly capitalizing "You" and missing a period in a sentence. Really effective.
@kkdkoolkat2 lol... Actually they're both typos and grammatical errors, dear. Capitalizing a word incorrectly is still a grammatical error even if you do it by accident. And using a slang word like "ain't" still isn't a grammatical error in any sense of the word.
The 6-2 majority opinion ruled that birth on US soil is what determines natural born citizen.. It's clean that native or natural born citizenship is determined by place of birth, regardless of the citizenship status of one's parents.
Other SCOTUS rulings that built on the precedence of the Ark decison are:
@kkdkoolkat2 LOL! Then why, pray tell, can John McCain, a person who was not born on United States soil or a military base, run for President?
Wong Kim Ark was born to two NON-CITIZEN PARENTS, that's why where he was born was a question.
Again, it's a simple question. John McCain was born in the country of Panama. There is no question about that. He was not born on a military base or within the Panama Canal Zone. Why can he become President but not Obama? Can you answer that?
@ImTheSecretSquare Regardless I didn't just list the Wong Kim Ark case. Yes, those are grammatical errors. It seems you just like to argue. I could say the sky was blue and you would respond that you had read somewhere it was actually green. Whether or not McCain is eligible has no bearing on whether or not Obama is eligible. Let's say for a moment that I actually believed you about where McCain was born, that still doesn't make Obama eligible. All that I'm worried about is the mistake IN office
@kkdkoolkat2 Wong Kim and the other cases you mentioned in fact simply prove that since Obama was born in Hawaii, he is a natural-born citizen regardless of his parentage.
And of course it makes Obama eligible if McCain is eligible, you silly goose. You're claiming Obama was born in Kenya - McCain was born in Panama. If one's eligible, the other is.
And you were the one who brought up the grammatical errors, dear. But it is very cute how you're accusing ME of just wanting to argue.
@ImTheSecretSquare It's funny you find me cute. Your attempt to be condescending by continually referring to me as "dear" is not. I only brought up your grammar because you also continually were accusing me of pulling information "out of my butt". So asinine. Apparently, you didn't watch the above youtube video. That's the point, Obama was NOT born in Kenya as Michelle Obama states in this video. The cases referenced still stand. Again, McCain's eligibility has nothing to do with Obama.
@kkdkoolkat2 Which, as I've specified a couple of times now, is not poor grammar in any way. I mean, honestly, are you REALLY this dumb or are you just being deliberately obtuse?
Speaking of which, I'm going to go ahead and assume you meant Obama WAS born in Kenya?
Anyway, you have been addressing McCain's eligibility for several posts - now that you've realized you don't know why he's eligible, you're of course trying to change the subject. You attempted to respond and failed - you lose.
@ImTheSecretSquare Oh, I lose? Are we playing a game? Just because you say it is not bad grammar, doesn't make it so. You seem to have too high an opinion of yourself and your intellect. Yes, Michelle Obama states Obama was born in Kenya. You don't seem to realize that this isn't about McCain's eligibility. He wasn't elected. In case you missed that. Obama, however, was elected so his eligibility is all that matters and is all that needs be questioned. That's what this video is about NOT McCain.
@kkdkoolkat2 If you think it is bad grammar, I invite you to point out the incorrect usage.
And we're not playing a game, we're debating - or we were until you lost. You have failed to explain how your claims about Obama would invalidate his eligibility. All the cases you have cited involve people born in the U.S., and when I cited a person born outside the U.S., McCain, you first insisted that the FAM was just wrong with no explanation, and then refused to discuss it. You obviously lose.
@ImTheSecretSquare You really have a high opinion of yourself, don't you? Unfortunately, I doubt others agree with your assessment. Yes, we are having a debate there is no loss because we are still going back and forth - meaning the debate is ongoing. I have never refused to discuss anything ever. The cases I cited all show that the court's opinion is that natural born citizen means actually BORN in the U.S. Obama was born in Kenya as this video states. (contd. in next post.)
@kkdkoolkat2 The cases you cited are about people born in the United States to non-citizen parents. Indeed, your citing them seems to suggest that you believe Obama WAS born in the United States. They are not relevant to your claim that he was born outside the U.S. - and you either know this and are using them dishonestly, or are genuinely too illiterate to understand why they do not apply. Either way, they do not help your case in any way.
@ImTheSecretSquare I don't know why you keep bringing McCain into this. It doesn't matter if he is eligible or not. If he had been elected we could discuss his eligibility. He was not. Obama, however, was elected. McCain never made it into the presidential position so he doesn't matter, he is not in violation of the constitution. Obama WAS elected to the presidential position so his eligibility does matter because he IS in violation of the constitution. One has no bearing on the other.
@ImTheSecretSquare I did respond to your quote of the FAM. I explained that this is in place so that pregnant foreigners won't sneak onto U.S. military bases to have their children so that their children will be U.S. citizens. That's why it is in the FOREIGN Affairs Manual. You seem to be forgetful.
@kkdkoolkat2 You simply made up your comment about the Foreign Affairs Manual - you HOPE that's how it is, but cannot cite anything to defend your view.
As for your not understanding why I'm bringing up McCain, if you genuinely cannot understand why a person who was born outside the United States but is still eligible for the Presidency is relevant to your claims about Obama, you have no capacity for discussing this. That's why you lost the debate - you actively refuse to debate.
@ImTheSecretSquare No, I used common sense to discern what the FAM meant. You don't seem to have this. You are an awful debater. You forget what has been discussed already and revert back to the same arguments that have already been defeated. McCain has nothing to do with Obama's eligibility. Even if McCain is ineligible like you say, that doesn't make Obama eligible. I don't care about McCain's eligibility that's what you don't get. Again your obsession with "losing"...the debate is ongoing.
@kkdkoolkat2 The debate is not ongoing. You refuse to provide any evidence for your comments about the FAM. You attempted to provide evidence for your comments about McCain - that was refuted and you now refuse to discuss it at all. You literally are openly refusing to provide any sort of argument in any shape. As such you have simply lost . You can sit there and claim the debate is ongoing, but it is not - you are simply claiming things and refusing to defend them. It is not a debate. You lose.
@ImTheSecretSquare The only evidence I need for my comments about the FAM is common sense as well as the cases I have cited. I openly discuss McCain. His eligibility has nothing to do with Obama's eligibility. The discussion up for debate is whether or not Obama is eligible for the position he currently holds and he is not. For once you are right though, the debate is no longer ongoing because you are no longer debating. You know you lost (your favorite word!) so you want it to end. You lose.
@ImTheSecretSquare And since you are just as obsessed with McCain as you are with losing.
“[8 U.S.C. 1403](a) Any person born in the Canal Zone on or after February 26, 1904, and whether before or after the effective date of this chapter, whose father or mother or both at the time of the birth of such person was or is a citizen of the United States, is declared to be a citizen of the United States.”
John McCain was born on August 29, 1936 at the Coco Solo Air Base which was a U.S. territory.
@kkdkoolkat2 I'm well aware of that law and planned to bring it up if you tried to debate at any point. It is evidence against your point. Why do you think they specifically passed that legislation? You insist that he is a citizen because he was born on U.S. soil - now you bring up the legislation that disproves your claim! If it was U.S. territory this legislation would have been quite redundant, wouldn't it? You simply are incapable of even understanding the argument you're trying to make.
@ImTheSecretSquare They specifically passed that legislation for people like you to prove that McCain is eligible and it is considered U.S soil at this time. No, it is not redundant because they confirm one another. This is the law that establishes it is U.S. territory. You are simply incapable of giving in and admitting your wrong.
@kkdkoolkat2 lol, this is simply "Sure, the law says ONE thing but I know it means something else!" It does not make the Panama Canal Zone U.S. territory magically - that's why it doesn't say anything of the kind. This is the last post I'm making on this subject - you're literally simply quoting laws and then lying about what they say now. You don't know what you're talking about, you're just another conspiracy nut who makes up his mind and then insists everything supports him.
@ImTheSecretSquare Yes, it does make it U.S. territory. It says that in plain English. Perhaps you're foreign? That's why you probably love Obama.
Ha! Finally you call it quits. Hopefully you stick to your word and don't make any more posts on the subject. You can say whatever you like but the evidence is on my side.
@ImTheSecretSquare In other words, you say McCain is ineligible, fine, whatever, Obama was actually elected so obviously his eligibility is what is of concern, not McCains. Other cases that prove natural - born means born on U.S. soil:
@frellthat so according to you kenya is a US military base?? wow really?? i had NO idea! hahahaha oh geez, you have no idea what you're talking about and it's hilarious! hahaha i'm done talking to you now ha enjoy your uninformed life :)
No, you see, that's your problem... you don't know what you're talking about. Most children born to American citizens overseas are automatically US citizens themselves. So there wouldn't be any controversy even if Barack Obama had in fact been born in Kenya. Even in that case, he would still be a natural-born citizen.
@frellthat All Americans lost the (s)election. Happens every four years, regular as clockwork. The establishment wins and the American people and America itself loses.
Only if born on American Soul(Military Bases are considered American Soil), can someone become President of The United States. Regardless of their citizenship status, or the citizenship status of their parents.
@frellthat No you are wrong. There is a difference between NATURAL BORN US citizen and just a citizen that is why they specify it that way in the constitution. If he just had to be a US citizen, it would say citizen instead of NATURAL BORN CITIZEN. Look it up.
Okay, show me some legal precedent that supports your claim... oh wait you can't, because there is none, and just like all other teabaggers you don't have a clue what you are talking about.
@frellthat Nope. The reason the constitution specifies "natural born" U.S. citizen rather than just saying U.S. citizen is because there is indeed a difference. Natural born means exactly that naturally born IN the United States It's in the constitution and any high school Civics course, Political Science college course, scholarly journal, judge, or lawyer will tell you the same.
Doesn't "home country" mean where you were born? Bad slip of the tongue, here, Shelly! Where was the media? Oh, that's right, when this happened, they were so caught up in their hatred of Bush that Fidel Castro could have run and they wouldn't have covered the fact that he wasn't born in the US.
i think i missed it...where did she say homeland of kenya cause this would be a video that we could use to show he cannot be president...READ THE CONSTITUTION!. Any man that is to become president must be 35 years of age and have held a government office for at least two years. He must also be a born citizen of the United States. EMPHASIS ON BORN CITIZEN!
@Beardiebreeder i think she said this purposely. they have been trying to bait and hook us for awhile. the real idocricy in this video is hiv testing is plauged by homophobia. what? right i cant go take a hiv test because im scared of homosexuals. this is idocricy at its best. dont let them bait you. they want to paint us as extremists wackos. its a typical tactic of actual extremist radicals.
The American people grow more suspicious of Obama each day and as his poll numbers continue to plummet, more find themselves interested in learning the facts about Obama's lack of proven Constitutional eligibility.
WorldNetDaily covers this issue well, as does Thepostemail and Mario Apuzzo at puzo1.blogspot. Apuzzo focuses on the historical and legal definition of the term "natural born citizen," which has historically meant "born on US soil to two US citizen parents."
@caraclaudel WorldNetDaily covers this issue because it wants to believe he is born in Kenya as well, as do your bloggers. This is a conspiracy theory rooted in a dislike of Obama (except for the Kenyans who believe it, where it's still a conspiracy theory but rooted in liking Obama), much like the moon hoax theory is rooted in a dislike of America. There is nothing more to it than that. You want the idea to be true. All the evidence points to him having been born here.
contd. I'd like open hearings, in which the court, media, and reputable forensic document experts see the hard copy of the short-form COLB, the long-form birth certificate, his passport records, and his school records showing whether he attended college as a US or Indonesian citizen.
I'd like a review of the citizenship laws in place in 1961 and a review of the relevant cases pertaining to the definition of "natural born citizen."
If he'd do this and prove his eligibility, that'd be great.
i think he's a phony too.... but look at our next options if we impeached... joe "the big effin' deal" biden, and after that... nancy 'nip/tuck' pelosi... god help us
i think he's a phony too.... but look at our next options if we impeached... joe "the big effin' deal" biden, and after that... nancy 'nip/tuck' pelosi... god help us
Yes, I heard what she said and it proves absolutely nothing.
My grandfather was born in Pittsburgh, the son of an immigrant, yet would always refer to Slovakia as "home". For those that are aware of their genealogical past, you do not just abandon the country of your blood upon coming to America.
Besides, the birth certificate has been verified by the Hawaii Dept. of Health.
@brandnutopian wrong. The longform has never been submitted and all his records are supressed. Only thing is he uses his real name durring college, and that name has been recorded several times. Mr. Barry Soetoro also got foreign aid for his education proving you should do a little research before you decide to start name calling like a third grader.
@dallasgoldbug Barack Obama absolutely did not get foreign aid for his education. The article that said he got a foreign scholarship was an April Fools' hoax, it is NOT real. He attended Occidental College as Barack Obama, not "Barry Soetoro", and did not receive a Fulbright scholarship.
You, of course, have blindly accepted the completely false and easily debunked letter as real because, just like caraclaudel, this is simply about being anti-Obama for you. You want to believe.
@ImTheSecretSquare funny how he has spent almost $1 million in legal fees trying to avoid showing his birth certificate. Just show it, not a "certificate of live birth". Thats not a "birth cirtificate" and you know it!
I dont care what you say, my response is SHOW THE F#%KING BIRTH CERTIFICATE! VERY SIMPLE! NOT THE LIVE BIRTH! DO IT NOW!
@dallasgoldbug A "certificate of live birth" is most certainly a "birth certificate", that is the dumbest birther argument of all.
As for the legal fees "trying to avoid showing his birth certificate", those legal fees are, of course, due to the simple fact that he has been repeatedly brought to court over this, and has won every single time, over a dozen times, in fact.
Your insistence that you would drop it if he showed you another, longer birth certificate is nothing but a lie.
Let me introduce you to a new concept. Its called FACT CHECK. go to google type in Certificate of live birth, click on wiki the first link. scroll down and educate yourself about the difference between a LONG FORM (Birth Certificate) and a SHORT FORM (certificate of live birth) READ PEOPLE READ!!! THEN READ SOME MORE!!!
@dallasgoldbug Fact Check? LOL! They're in the tank for Obama. Fact Check is owned by the Annenberg Foundation which has ties to the Kenyan. It's public knowledge if not well known.
@dallasgoldbug So, all his records are suppressed, yet you somehow have secret inside knowledge of his having had a different name that no one else has seen or verified. Way to go, Inspector Clouseau!!
I treat morons in the manner in which they deserve to be treated. I have no respect for your opinions when you insist on ignoring facts and spread unfounded rumors. You didn't even get my ironic use of a blanket racial epithet to undermine the lad's opinion.
@brandnutopian You would rather sit here and argue, when the intelligent individual would accept opinion for opinion but would base their OWN opinion on the actions of the one in question. Very simple question, very simple request, very simple action could put it all to rest. (poet and don't know it :-) But seriously, if your a US citizen you should be standing along side me and everyone else no matter what your opinion, and demand that our president show the documents. Case Closed!
@dallasgoldbug If this doesn't finally clear things up for you, there's really not much left to be said on the matter in my opinion. All the arguments here are cited from reputable sources which can be easily verified. It meets the required standard for proof, unlike simply saying "we know", as is the case of your sources.
@dallasgoldbug Case closed? Well that's the first correct thing you've said so far. It is a closed case and it's been proven beyond a reasonable doubt that Obama was born in Hawaii.
If you want to stop wasting time, we could talk about much bigger issues like health care, the Iraq War, Palestine-Israel relations, the massive US debt or any other number of sane topics of discussion.
@dallasgoldbug Saw the LA Times article. Whoopee! Barack going by the name "Barry" is hardly a revelation. John F. Kennedy went by "Jack", did this prove he was hiding his true identity?
@dallasgoldbug The fact that Snopes has been proven incorrect is hardly a reason to not put stock in their methods. Their research is documented with sources cited making it possible to do fact checking.
On the other hand, 'scientific' analysis done by some shadowy figure named 'techdude', who makes unverifiable claims about his 'expertise' on a third generation electronic scan off the web is just preposterous. From a legal standpoint, it's just speculation with no weight in law.
@dallasgoldbug to clarify that the second url was to show you the photos Lisa Jack took of him and to also show she refers to him as Barry. Here is as fact as it gets got to google and type atlas-exclusive and look at the first link. F reeking youtube is not letting me post urls or I would post it. It is a FACTUAL scientific evaluation of the certificate of birth.
@dallasgoldbug So your honestly going to bet the farm on some guy who claims to have this extensive forensic pedigree and conceals his identity under the moniker "Techdude", thus making it impossible to verify said pedigree?
Also, if the original copy is in the hands of the Hawaii DOH, and it's against state law to release the original except for those who have a tangible interest in it, how can you call his analysis scientific?
@brandnutopian You have his own f#%king wife saying his home country is kenya. How blind to the obvious are you people? 1 Million in legal fees when all he has to do is show his f#%king BIRTH CIRTIFICATE! Come on people! WAKE UP
@dallasgoldbug I already covered the first part of your tirade with someone other conspiracy theory enthusiasts. You can seek them out below.
That $1 million figure for expenditures for lawyers from the Federal Elections Committee are total spent on the campaign, not on the Birth Certificate issue. It's common for campaigns to pay months, even years after the services were rendered.
your honestly going to use snopes as evidence? I had 2 pick myself up off the floor. Couldn't breath I was laughing so hard. Do u not understand that web sites are companies, bound to appease financial backers? Individuals on the other hand like the well respected forgery expert is entirely different. I have testified in court as an expert for federal child porn trafficking cases & when I make a statement based on evidence it holds an entirely different value then say a statement from CNN
Heh. Whether he's from Kenya or not, it doesn't matter. He's still a thug, like the crime boss before him, and the one before that, and the one before that, going all the way back to 1789.
Obama talking to Michelle, " YOU STUPID BITCH! How could you let that slip?" Michelle to Obama, " Well, Barry, I mean Barack, do we not teach our little girls to be truthful?"
I think it's kind of weird that she calls Kenya his "home country." His dad abandoned him. Why would he honor his father like that? He should honor the country of his mother and maternal grandparents.
not only is the comment that HIV only bridles homophobic assumptions the most ignorant opinion i've heard all week (hello? Magic Johnson? Porn Stars?), she then follows it up with her greatest gaffe ever... incredible. She's almost funnier the Joe "the Big Effin Deal" Biden.
I'm curious though... why did it take so long for this video to surface?
Do these people see discrimination everywhere? Here in the NW, it's like what are they referring to? Discourage & hamper the hard working & innovative, & encourage the indolent.
"Discrimination has no place in nation founded on equality" she says. Too bad the Obamas don't apply that logic when it comes to Christianity. Equality doesn't apply in this instance because gays aren't born that way. There is no gay gene anymore than there is a gene for pedophilia and adultery. It is an absolute insult to true minorities and those with real disabilities to have the LGBT community claim their's is a civil rights issue.

Similarly, we do not need to resort to lobbing gutter insults and epithets at this woman or any other public figure. Their philosophy is logically unsupportable, ethically evil and a disaster in practice - we, not they, have the valid principles. So we do not need ad hominems.
I despise Michelle Obama's beliefs, but she is a human being and a woman - and frankly, any man who attacks a woman personally is beneath contempt.
Guys, I despise the Obamas' retro-fascism as much or more than anyone, but the time to raise questions about Obama's birth and eligibility was DURING THE 2008 ELECTION PRIMARIES - not after he's been elected and seated.
It's maddening in that painting "birthers" as a fringe is easy, and painting all BO opponents as part of that same fringe similarly easy - which is precisely why Obama and the Left are actively stoking the "birth" question - they WANT to keep that controversy alive. We don't need the "birth" argument - Obama's policies are vicious, evil and unconscionable enough to be opposed on principle, not stupid technicalities.
@SosakanSama I completely agree. If he wasn't born in the US he shouldn't be president, now that he is president we need to get him OUT OF THAT SEAT. OBAMA WANTS ALL THE POWER THATS WHY HE'S TAKING OVER HEALTHCARE AND EDUCATION. UPCOMING ELECTIONS WE HAVE TO FIGHT TO GET HIM OUT!

kkdkoolkat2 1 year ago
@kkdkoolkat2 So let me get this straight. You want a leader who doesn't show mercy to our enemies. In that case you wanted a cold blooded killer to become our leader. Consider this the last comment because i can't talk to people who shows no compassion to others.

@Solarwinds122 So much for that being your last comment. Thanks for disappointing me. I never said I wanted people to die. The words "die" and "death" were not in any of my previous comments. So, you're not only ignorant but you font know how to read...
kkdkoolkat2 1 year ago
@kkdkoolkat2 LOL you never have to say the words idiot but you can actually imply them by how you same something. "Think for a minute, do you really want someone who sympathizes with the people we are at war with to lead our country" so because he is soft harderd you want a president who will kill anything that get's in our way? Sounds to me that you don't care if THOSE people lose family, friends, etc. Like said you don't have to say the words but you can imply them. Also is "don't" not font.
Solarwinds122 1 year ago
@Solarwinds122 I never implied that. You misunderstood. It seems to be a common problem for you. I never said Obama is soft hearted, and I don't believe he is. It makes sense that you would not want your enemy to be leading you. You want your president to be devoted to you, not the other side. I never said, nor "implied" that I want killing. And if you want to play the typo game, it's "say" not "same" and "soft hearted" not soft harderd". Why don't you keep your word and stop commenting?

be at least thirty-five years old;
have been a permanent resident in the United States for at least fourteen years.

It means you are a US citizen by birth. It doesn't mean you were born in the United States. American citizens have children born in other countries all the time, and they're still natural-born citizens of the United States. That's one of the reason all of those birfer lawsuits were thrown out of court.
frellthat 1 year ago
@thundercats80s In general, a "natural born citizen" means "citizen at birth", it does NOT mean you were born in this country. Note that John McCain was not born in this country, nor was George Romney (Mitt's dad, ran for president way back in the day). Even HAD Obama been born in Kenya, he would have been a natural-born citizen, as McCain was, because he had at least one parent who was a citizen.
But since there is no direct evidence that he was born in Kenya, no ambiguity exists at all.
ImTheSecretSquare 1 year ago
@ImTheSecretSquare That's not true. The reason McCain is eligible is because he was born on a military base which is considered US soil. If someone just had to be a regular US citizen it wouldn't have specified in the constitution. Look it up.
kkdkoolkat2 1 year ago
@kkdkoolkat2 A U.S. military base is absolutely not considered U.S. soil, you are confusing it with embassies (or possibly just pulling it out of your butt, either way, you're wrong). A natural-born US citizen is a person who was a US citizen at birth, not necessarily a person who was born within the territory of the United States.
ImTheSecretSquare 1 year ago
@ImTheSecretSquare You are wrong. Apparently you don't remember Political Science class from college. It specifies "natural born" because there is a difference between being a U.S. citizen and being a "natural born" U.S. citizen. If there was no difference they wouldn't have specified. U.S. bases ARE considered U.S. soil as a protection for our soldiers. Look it up.
kkdkoolkat2 1 year ago
@kkdkoolkat2 Yes, there most certainly is a difference - and that difference is that a "natural-born" U.S. citizen is a citizen AT BIRTH. John McCain was not born on the military base, he was born at Colon Hospital in the city of Colon, Panama, outside the Panama Canal Zone.
ImTheSecretSquare 1 year ago
@kkdkoolkat2 As for your claims about military bases, I quote 7 FAM 1113: "Despite widespread popular belief, U.S. military installations abroad and U.S. diplomatic or consular facilities abroad are not part of the United States within the meaning of the 14th Amendment. A child born on the premises of such a facility is not born in the United States."
YOU "look it up". You're simply pulling all of this out of your butt and insisting it's written down somewhere. It ain't.
ImTheSecretSquare 1 year ago
@ImTheSecretSquare Your use of grammar is appalling. "It ain't', "pulling all of this out of your butt"? Really now, You come off as completely uneducated. As someone who has spent time in the field of law and in college courses concerning law, I know what I'm talking about. You should educate yourself and yes "look it up" I'm not responsible for your education or lack of it. You quoted 7 FAM 1113, where did you get this reference? Who is it from? Quotes thrown around mean nothing.
kkdkoolkat2 1 year ago
@ImTheSecretSquare Of course, they are not born "in" the United States. It has just been established that those born on U.S. military bases are CONSIDERED born on U.S. soil. Obviously, the person wouldn't have actually been born IN the United States, we just established they are outside of the country. This has been established as a protection for our soldiers who risk their lives on a daily basis for our freedom.
kkdkoolkat2 1 year ago
@ImTheSecretSquare Ok, I have looked up your quote and will explain it to you since you have obviously misunderstood it. This is in reference to people who live outside of the U.S. and are not U.S. citizens. This ensures that they do not sneak on to U.S. military bases to have their children so that their foreign children will be given automatic aid. When the father of the child is serving for OUR army and is on the base with his pregnant wife then the baby is natural-born U.S. citizen.
kkdkoolkat2 1 year ago
@kkdkoolkat2 Ah, I see, so the Foreign Affairs Manual is just wrong because you say it is - thanks for clarifying that. I'm sure, being "someone who has spent time in the field of law", that you were JUST about to come up with something to back yourself up? No?
P.S. I like your complaints about my grammar (while pointing out uses of vernacular rather than any incorrect grammar) while incorrectly capitalizing "You" and missing a period in a sentence. Really effective.
ImTheSecretSquare 1 year ago
@ImTheSecretSquare Yes, it is effective. My errors are typos, not grammatical errors.
kkdkoolkat2 1 year ago
@kkdkoolkat2 lol... Actually they're both typos and grammatical errors, dear. Capitalizing a word incorrectly is still a grammatical error even if you do it by accident. And using a slang word like "ain't" still isn't a grammatical error in any sense of the word.
ImTheSecretSquare 1 year ago
@ImTheSecretSquare You wanted proof. Here it is:
United States v Wong Kim Ark, 169 u.s. 649 (1898)
Perkins v. Elg 307 U.S. 325 (1939)
Afoyim v. Rusk, 387 U.S. 253 (1967)
Supreme Court
kkdkoolkat2 1 year ago
@kkdkoolkat2 LOL! Then why, pray tell, can John McCain, a person who was not born on United States soil or a military base, run for President?
Wong Kim Ark was born to two NON-CITIZEN PARENTS, that's why where he was born was a question.
Again, it's a simple question. John McCain was born in the country of Panama. There is no question about that. He was not born on a military base or within the Panama Canal Zone. Why can he become President but not Obama? Can you answer that?
ImTheSecretSquare 1 year ago
@ImTheSecretSquare Regardless I didn't just list the Wong Kim Ark case. Yes, those are grammatical errors. It seems you just like to argue. I could say the sky was blue and you would respond that you had read somewhere it was actually green. Whether or not McCain is eligible has no bearing on whether or not Obama is eligible. Let's say for a moment that I actually believed you about where McCain was born, that still doesn't make Obama eligible. All that I'm worried about is the mistake IN office
kkdkoolkat2 1 year ago
@kkdkoolkat2 Wong Kim and the other cases you mentioned in fact simply prove that since Obama was born in Hawaii, he is a natural-born citizen regardless of his parentage.
And of course it makes Obama eligible if McCain is eligible, you silly goose. You're claiming Obama was born in Kenya - McCain was born in Panama. If one's eligible, the other is.
And you were the one who brought up the grammatical errors, dear. But it is very cute how you're accusing ME of just wanting to argue.
ImTheSecretSquare 1 year ago
@ImTheSecretSquare It's funny you find me cute. Your attempt to be condescending by continually referring to me as "dear" is not. I only brought up your grammar because you also continually were accusing me of pulling information "out of my butt". So asinine. Apparently, you didn't watch the above youtube video. That's the point, Obama was NOT born in Kenya as Michelle Obama states in this video. The cases referenced still stand. Again, McCain's eligibility has nothing to do with Obama.
kkdkoolkat2 1 year ago
@kkdkoolkat2 Which, as I've specified a couple of times now, is not poor grammar in any way. I mean, honestly, are you REALLY this dumb or are you just being deliberately obtuse?
Speaking of which, I'm going to go ahead and assume you meant Obama WAS born in Kenya?
Anyway, you have been addressing McCain's eligibility for several posts - now that you've realized you don't know why he's eligible, you're of course trying to change the subject. You attempted to respond and failed - you lose.
ImTheSecretSquare 1 year ago
@ImTheSecretSquare Oh, I lose? Are we playing a game? Just because you say it is not bad grammar, doesn't make it so. You seem to have too high an opinion of yourself and your intellect. Yes, Michelle Obama states Obama was born in Kenya. You don't seem to realize that this isn't about McCain's eligibility. He wasn't elected. In case you missed that. Obama, however, was elected so his eligibility is all that matters and is all that needs be questioned. That's what this video is about NOT McCain.
kkdkoolkat2 1 year ago
@kkdkoolkat2 If you think it is bad grammar, I invite you to point out the incorrect usage.
And we're not playing a game, we're debating - or we were until you lost. You have failed to explain how your claims about Obama would invalidate his eligibility. All the cases you have cited involve people born in the U.S., and when I cited a person born outside the U.S., McCain, you first insisted that the FAM was just wrong with no explanation, and then refused to discuss it. You obviously lose.
ImTheSecretSquare 1 year ago
@ImTheSecretSquare You really have a high opinion of yourself, don't you? Unfortunately, I doubt others agree with your assessment. Yes, we are having a debate there is no loss because we are still going back and forth - meaning the debate is ongoing. I have never refused to discuss anything ever. The cases I cited all show that the court's opinion is that natural born citizen means actually BORN in the U.S. Obama was born in Kenya as this video states. (contd. in next post.)
kkdkoolkat2 1 year ago
@kkdkoolkat2 The cases you cited are about people born in the United States to non-citizen parents. Indeed, your citing them seems to suggest that you believe Obama WAS born in the United States. They are not relevant to your claim that he was born outside the U.S. - and you either know this and are using them dishonestly, or are genuinely too illiterate to understand why they do not apply. Either way, they do not help your case in any way.
ImTheSecretSquare 1 year ago
@ImTheSecretSquare I don't know why you keep bringing McCain into this. It doesn't matter if he is eligible or not. If he had been elected we could discuss his eligibility. He was not. Obama, however, was elected. McCain never made it into the presidential position so he doesn't matter, he is not in violation of the constitution. Obama WAS elected to the presidential position so his eligibility does matter because he IS in violation of the constitution. One has no bearing on the other.
kkdkoolkat2 1 year ago
@ImTheSecretSquare I did respond to your quote of the FAM. I explained that this is in place so that pregnant foreigners won't sneak onto U.S. military bases to have their children so that their children will be U.S. citizens. That's why it is in the FOREIGN Affairs Manual. You seem to be forgetful.
kkdkoolkat2 1 year ago
@kkdkoolkat2 You simply made up your comment about the Foreign Affairs Manual - you HOPE that's how it is, but cannot cite anything to defend your view.
As for your not understanding why I'm bringing up McCain, if you genuinely cannot understand why a person who was born outside the United States but is still eligible for the Presidency is relevant to your claims about Obama, you have no capacity for discussing this. That's why you lost the debate - you actively refuse to debate.
ImTheSecretSquare 1 year ago
@ImTheSecretSquare No, I used common sense to discern what the FAM meant. You don't seem to have this. You are an awful debater. You forget what has been discussed already and revert back to the same arguments that have already been defeated. McCain has nothing to do with Obama's eligibility. Even if McCain is ineligible like you say, that doesn't make Obama eligible. I don't care about McCain's eligibility that's what you don't get. Again your obsession with "losing"...the debate is ongoing.
kkdkoolkat2 1 year ago
@kkdkoolkat2 The debate is not ongoing. You refuse to provide any evidence for your comments about the FAM. You attempted to provide evidence for your comments about McCain - that was refuted and you now refuse to discuss it at all. You literally are openly refusing to provide any sort of argument in any shape. As such you have simply lost . You can sit there and claim the debate is ongoing, but it is not - you are simply claiming things and refusing to defend them. It is not a debate. You lose.
ImTheSecretSquare 1 year ago
@ImTheSecretSquare The only evidence I need for my comments about the FAM is common sense as well as the cases I have cited. I openly discuss McCain. His eligibility has nothing to do with Obama's eligibility. The discussion up for debate is whether or not Obama is eligible for the position he currently holds and he is not. For once you are right though, the debate is no longer ongoing because you are no longer debating. You know you lost (your favorite word!) so you want it to end. You lose.
kkdkoolkat2 1 year ago
@ImTheSecretSquare And since you are just as obsessed with McCain as you are with losing.
“[8 U.S.C. 1403](a) Any person born in the Canal Zone on or after February 26, 1904, and whether before or after the effective date of this chapter, whose father or mother or both at the time of the birth of such person was or is a citizen of the United States, is declared to be a citizen of the United States.”
John McCain was born on August 29, 1936 at the Coco Solo Air Base which was a U.S. territory.
kkdkoolkat2 1 year ago
@kkdkoolkat2 I'm well aware of that law and planned to bring it up if you tried to debate at any point. It is evidence against your point. Why do you think they specifically passed that legislation? You insist that he is a citizen because he was born on U.S. soil - now you bring up the legislation that disproves your claim! If it was U.S. territory this legislation would have been quite redundant, wouldn't it? You simply are incapable of even understanding the argument you're trying to make.
ImTheSecretSquare 1 year ago
@ImTheSecretSquare They specifically passed that legislation for people like you to prove that McCain is eligible and it is considered U.S soil at this time. No, it is not redundant because they confirm one another. This is the law that establishes it is U.S. territory. You are simply incapable of giving in and admitting your wrong.
kkdkoolkat2 1 year ago
@kkdkoolkat2 lol, this is simply "Sure, the law says ONE thing but I know it means something else!" It does not make the Panama Canal Zone U.S. territory magically - that's why it doesn't say anything of the kind. This is the last post I'm making on this subject - you're literally simply quoting laws and then lying about what they say now. You don't know what you're talking about, you're just another conspiracy nut who makes up his mind and then insists everything supports him.
ImTheSecretSquare 1 year ago
@ImTheSecretSquare Yes, it does make it U.S. territory. It says that in plain English. Perhaps you're foreign? That's why you probably love Obama.
Ha! Finally you call it quits. Hopefully you stick to your word and don't make any more posts on the subject. You can say whatever you like but the evidence is on my side.

Apuzzo focuses on the historical and legal definition of the term "natural born citizen," which has historically meant "born on US soil to two US citizen parents."
caraclaudel 1 year ago

Yes, I heard what she said and it proves absolutely nothing.
My grandfather was born in Pittsburgh, the son of an immigrant, yet would always refer to Slovakia as "home". For those that are aware of their genealogical past, you do not just abandon the country of your blood upon coming to America.
Besides, the birth certificate has been verified by the Hawaii Dept. of Health.
You're wasting your time.

@brandnutopian dude... i'm an irish lad with a family from ireland... not once have i called ireland my homeland, home countrly, and nor has my wife.
this argument is a complete stretch
skinnydipinacid 1 year ago
@skinnydipinacid An Irish lad from Ireland!! Good Lord, it's a miracle!!
The other argument, however, is iron clad. The original copy was verified by the Hawaii Dept of Health.
By the way, shut the fuck up, you maggot of the foreign hordes!!!
brandnutopian 1 year ago
@brandnutopian wrong. The longform has never been submitted and all his records are supressed. Only thing is he uses his real name durring college, and that name has been recorded several times. Mr. Barry Soetoro also got foreign aid for his education proving you should do a little research before you decide to start name calling like a third grader.
dallasgoldbug 1 year ago 2

DO IT NOW!
dallasgoldbug 1 year ago
@dallasgoldbug A "certificate of live birth" is most certainly a "birth certificate", that is the dumbest birther argument of all.
As for the legal fees "trying to avoid showing his birth certificate", those legal fees are, of course, due to the simple fact that he has been repeatedly brought to court over this, and has won every single time, over a dozen times, in fact.
Your insistence that you would drop it if he showed you another, longer birth certificate is nothing but a lie.
ImTheSecretSquare 1 year ago
Let me introduce you to a new concept. Its called FACT CHECK. go to google type in Certificate of live birth, click on wiki the first link. scroll down and educate yourself about the difference between a LONG FORM (Birth Certificate) and a SHORT FORM (certificate of live birth) READ PEOPLE READ!!! THEN READ SOME MORE!!!
dallasgoldbug 1 year ago
@dallasgoldbug Fact Check? LOL! They're in the tank for Obama. Fact Check is owned by the Annenberg Foundation which has ties to the Kenyan. It's public knowledge if not well known.
malador1952 1 year ago
@dallasgoldbug So, all his records are suppressed, yet you somehow have secret inside knowledge of his having had a different name that no one else has seen or verified. Way to go, Inspector Clouseau!!
I treat morons in the manner in which they deserve to be treated. I have no respect for your opinions when you insist on ignoring facts and spread unfounded rumors. You didn't even get my ironic use of a blanket racial epithet to undermine the lad's opinion.
You're wasting your time.

@dallasgoldbug
1) Found no articles about a Lisa Jack at the LA Times website.
2) bigbadmedium[dot]com just had some photos of him in 1980, not sure how you're using this as evidence of anything other than Obama's childhood.
3) americangrandjury[dot]org argument amounted to "we know". No proof, just "we know".
How is any of this supposed to aid your argument?
brandnutopian 1 year ago
@brandnutopian You would rather sit here and argue, when the intelligent individual would accept opinion for opinion but would base their OWN opinion on the actions of the one in question. Very simple question, very simple request, very simple action could put it all to rest. (poet and don't know it :-) But seriously, if your a US citizen you should be standing along side me and everyone else no matter what your opinion, and demand that our president show the documents. Case Closed!
dallasgoldbug 1 year ago
@dallasgoldbug If this doesn't finally clear things up for you, there's really not much left to be said on the matter in my opinion. All the arguments here are cited from reputable sources which can be easily verified. It meets the required standard for proof, unlike simply saying "we know", as is the case of your sources.
Check it: snopes[dot]com[slash]politics[slash]obama[slash]birthcertificate[dot]asp
brandnutopian 1 year ago
@dallasgoldbug Case closed? Well that's the first correct thing you've said so far. It is a closed case and it's been proven beyond a reasonable doubt that Obama was born in Hawaii.
If you want to stop wasting time, we could talk about much bigger issues like health care, the Iraq War, Palestine-Israel relations, the massive US debt or any other number of sane topics of discussion.

@brandnutopian saotoro did you look at the SCIENTIFIC review or the document? type atlas-exclusive and look at the first link
and as for your snopes try google "snopes incorrect" I think ill believe the extensive scientific analysis.
dallasgoldbug 1 year ago
@dallasgoldbug The fact that Snopes has been proven incorrect is hardly a reason to not put stock in their methods. Their research is documented with sources cited making it possible to do fact checking.
On the other hand, 'scientific' analysis done by some shadowy figure named 'techdude', who makes unverifiable claims about his 'expertise' on a third generation electronic scan off the web is just preposterous. From a legal standpoint, it's just speculation with no weight in law.
brandnutopian 1 year ago
@dallasgoldbug to clarify that the second url was to show you the photos Lisa Jack took of him and to also show she refers to him as Barry. Here is as fact as it gets got to google and type atlas-exclusive and look at the first link. F reeking youtube is not letting me post urls or I would post it. It is a FACTUAL scientific evaluation of the certificate of birth.
dallasgoldbug 1 year ago
@dallasgoldbug So your honestly going to bet the farm on some guy who claims to have this extensive forensic pedigree and conceals his identity under the moniker "Techdude", thus making it impossible to verify said pedigree?
Also, if the original copy is in the hands of the Hawaii DOH, and it's against state law to release the original except for those who have a tangible interest in it, how can you call his analysis scientific?
Your "sources" amount to steaming pile of dung.

dallasgoldbug 1 year ago
@dallasgoldbug I already covered the first part of your tirade with someone other conspiracy theory enthusiasts. You can seek them out below.
That $1 million figure for expenditures for lawyers from the Federal Elections Committee are total spent on the campaign, not on the Birth Certificate issue. It's common for campaigns to pay months, even years after the services were rendered.
brandnutopian 1 year ago
your honestly going to use snopes as evidence? I had 2 pick myself up off the floor. Couldn't breath I was laughing so hard. Do u not understand that web sites are companies, bound to appease financial backers? Individuals on the other hand like the well respected forgery expert is entirely different. I have testified in court as an expert for federal child porn trafficking cases & when I make a statement based on evidence it holds an entirely different value then say a statement from CNN

Guys, I despise the Obamas' retro-fascism as much or more than anyone, but the time to raise questions about Obama's birth and eligibility was DURING THE 2008 ELECTION PRIMARIES - not after he's been elected and seated.
cont'd -
SosakanSama 1 year ago
It's maddening in that painting "birthers" as a fringe is easy, and painting all BO opponents as part of that same fringe similarly easy - which is precisely why Obama and the Left are actively stoking the "birth" question - they WANT to keep that controversy alive. We don't need the "birth" argument - Obama's policies are vicious, evil and unconscionable enough to be opposed on principle, not stupid technicalities.
SosakanSama 1 year ago 2
@SosakanSama I completely agree. If he wasn't born in the US he shouldn't be president, now that he is president we need to get him OUT OF THAT SEAT. OBAMA WANTS ALL THE POWER THATS WHY HE'S TAKING OVER HEALTHCARE AND EDUCATION. UPCOMING ELECTIONS WE HAVE TO FIGHT TO GET HIM OUT!
