how do u have ur speakers hooked up and configured?.....because I have the same type of speakers....when I plug them up....the speakers sound "low" when I mean "low" I mean.....there not full sounding they sound muted.....do u need a "preamp" to run them??HELP ME!!!!!
THEY ARE OK I HAVE HAD A PAIR FOR ABOUT 3 YEARS, THE LOW END CUTS OUT AT LOUDER VOLUMES AND THE RAG=NGE IS PRETTY LIMITED, SO IF YOUR DOING SERIOUS MUSIC PRODUCTION SAVE FOR A WHILE ITS WORTH BETTER STUDIO MONITORS, BUT YOU CANT GE ANYTHING BETTER FOR THE PRICE REALLY :)
@FredDant if its just for your daughters bedroom then you could get something cheaper thats not in the realm of studio monitors there are lots of options basically you get what you pay for.

I connect them with normal jack and rca.
I used sometimes a simple boss se50 multieffect or software with internal sound card of my dell laptop.

I 'm using them with guitar simulation amp /bass simulation amp / electric drums with simulation and mp3 sometimes.

@FredDant Then you will want a larger speaker at least 5" probably with a sub but your talking a very significany jump in price.

Yes, it is the camera mic. They are no noise, only sound. It is real good monitors. Very cheap and efficiant.
