Very good though I wished you'd actually had the characters moving around a bit rather than just standing on the spot and waving their arms, such as when McGuirk is supposed to be closing the door. He could have walked towards the door and started to close it in time with the sound effect.

The expressions are definitely a lot more complex than what Home Movies can convey. Still, McGuirk's consistent drunken smirking stare in the original cartoon really made a lot of the scenes.

well it contains many layers from what i guess

first there is the background

then there are layers for the characters

then there are some layers of their body parts

and each layer has different animation with the body, so it looks really smooth

Uhmmmm, its pretty hard to lip sync when you are taking audio and voices directly from one clip, not multiple audio clips, and so what its is 0.10 seconds off, it doesn't affect it at all, so shut up.

And lip-syncing is one of the defining qualities about an animation.
