  • I love your choice of scenes and music for this mvid. Absolutely wonderful! Can't wait to see the next one! ;)

  • Heya my friend! ::hugs:: thank you

  • Awesome video, thanks for sharing!

  • So well done. I loved it from go to woe!!! Thank you for sharing with us.

  • Oh wow! you captured Steve so well in this video.

  • What an awesome video! I love all of your videos. I loved this part of the Steve and Kayla story. I would have never thought that after 20+ years how I would look at this story different. You see, my grand daughter is a victim of child abuse and to rewatch the scenes of Steve as a child touches me so. For me at the time and even now this was a very important story to tell.

  • Oh no (regarding your granddaughter). UGH :( ::hugs out to you:::

  • By The Way the singer is Mariah Carey. it's a remake of a song by the group Foreigner

  • Just sad and beautiful. I miss Steve & Kayla so much. I miss those Days Of Our Lives

  • Really enjoyed watching this, great job! Who was singing the song? I still miss them, but it's nice to imagine them living happily and out of harm's way!

  • Days was such a imaginative show back then. Stephen Nichols played the character of Steven Earl Johnson with such quiet grace and smoldering passion. I miss these Days of 'ol. This video is so tragic, but so real.

    Thanks!

  • One of the reasons I love the early preKayla storyline.. is that we see the hurt the part of his life before Kayla.. and we see the young man who would give his shirt for a freind, but wasn't able to let anyone in.. The pain of Bo and Britta and what they both did to him. When he first enters the scene all we see is the pain and acceptance of the character that he deserved the crap life gave out. It made the growing trust of Kayla all that more special.

  • I loved Steve because I could identify with him. I grew up with abuse and felt like I was worthless. I was in middle school when Steve and Kayla first met. Seeing Steve have someone believe in him and show that he really is a good person in spite of how he grew up gave me some hope that I might be worth something too.

  • Speartwain, Thank you for replying to my mvid with your story. I have met many people with different life experiences who identified with Steve for various different reasons...that says so much about the way the character was played, and how the story was written.

  • I am so happy you got inspiration from Steve, a truly remarkable character and indeed you are worth something!!!

  • OMG!!!!! What a beautiful and moving video. I cried you put it together perfectly. Thank you so much for sharing this with us.
