I absoloutly loved this book. But I cried three different times. and laughed a few times. especially when Ethan and hannah were kissing on the porch and Bailey said it sounded like they were eating but he couldn't smell any food. xD
This IS my faveorite book of all time! It should be turned into a movie. I criend whenever one of his lives passed on... And throughout the entire book i had my dog sitting on my lap, or right by my side. And when I finnished the book, I cried so much, my dog even had tears running down his furr. I CAN NOT immagine a life with out my dog.... No, i cant immagine a life with out my best friend... Max... My good boy.

PLEASE MAKE A DOGS PURPOSE 2 i loved this book i cant explain but the book comforted me in a way i still cant understand i dident want the book to end but when it did i understood i felt a strong place of peace thank you for making this book
This was the first book I read on my new Nook. It's a compelling read, totally original concept, GREAT writing. I can't get it out of my mind & don't want to because it taught me that Tulip does know what we're feeling. I no longer question how she does what she does as my husband's service dog.
I work in a bookstore and I got an early copy of this book. It is fantastic. I will be recommending it to all my customers, especially the dog people.(and there are MANY of us). I read it with my rescued lab Leela on my lap and now I'm wondering if maybe, I should have read it out loud, so she could enjoy it as well?
My favorite book ever but I was sad in some parts but I guess that is what makes a book great! I just finished it
