  • So beautiful!! I want one too

  • the water is .. AMAZING :O

  • came across your upload, beautiful, sir, beautiful! That part of Europe and the water were a gorgeous backdrop for your lovely old english (Bobtailed) sheepdog. You, sir, are to be highly commended. Why? Because your sheepdog's tail is docked!!! As a fancier and longtime owner of several sheepdogs, i feel strongly about docking, the tradition of the breed, preserving its uniqueness as a bobtailed breed. So many Europeans, austrailians and now some americans are no longer docking thier O.E.S.

  • Congrats. Very funny

Hey OES lovers. Type "Old English Sheepdog - Pepê" on you tube and see mine!

  • Cute !

  • benyyyyyyyyyyyy

  • Dont worry I will save you! 0:50 ...nah shore is best! :P

  • Stari, natira si mi suze u oči.

Ima sam istog ovakvog blesana koji je obožava more i kupanjac.

Nije bilo šanse da ja skočim u more bez njega.

Nažalost nemam nikakav njegov snimak, al ostalo je puno slika i uspomena.

Možda će zvučat čudno, al ja sam se sa mojim Benijem samo smija.

    Hvala za ovaj snimak.

  • q bonito !!!!

  • my teddy wasnt on a leash either...he wore a bandana instead....i am having my cousin who is an artist and former framer for Michaels do a window box for me, it will have Teddys favorite bandana, his baby collar, his paw prints, a lock of hair and a picture of him in it. I can't wait to get it. I miss him terribly....my house is so empty without him even with Maui!!

  • I placed this video to show one of my friends how Borg was jumping into the sea because that friend was unable to get video through his e-mail! I never guessed that video will be watched that many times and that will be commented as well! Because of you guys my Borg still lives and thank you for that!

  • my OES TEddy went swimming in the Atlantic every morning with me while I surfed...he loved it and he ALWAYS had his full coat and had no problems....

  • My OES Borg was without tail as you can see on video! Maybe because that he was bad swimmer or he just never figured out how to swim! The biggest issue about his swimming was that he used his back lags to lift butt up on surface and front lags was used to go forward! Honestly, I don't know :-) But, when we were swam together, that was pretty fast and was really beautiful! I miss him very much :'-(

  • @borggr ...aww i know how you feel....I had to put Teddy down just this June unexpectedly from cancer. I never even knew he was sick...he was the best dog in the world, not only my autistic sons assistance dog but my very best friend...

  • @laurawwnj

I know how you feel! My Borg went to sleep one night after he was out running on the rain and after he had normal dinner. He never woke up again! He was 13 years and 3 months old! My mom and my brother who are doctors think that he had either brain on heart attack! He wasn't just "my dog" because I don't do dogs, he was my best friend and my roommate! He newer had collar and he was never on leash!

  • heheheh,kako smijesno skace

  • <3 You're so lucky. I envy you. :)

  • i love OES. i cant have any long haired dogs tho):

  • I Loved all the Old english sheepdogs I have had over the years and one of them just loved to swim and was pretty good at it. But we did keep their coats short

  • encantador ...el tener un perro así es para darle bastante atención y que se mantenga todo el tiempo en actividad... felicidades.

  • what a beautiful doggy !

  • Old English are just to heavy to be swimmers with all that fur, but you can't stop them if that is what they want. Looks like he had fun doing it.

  • Fine!!

  • My OES loved to swim when he was young. Later on he just stood in shallow water and watched to ducks go by - but didn't want to come out. Your pootch looks great when he jumps like that - he has great confidence in you guys!

  • @prentnercash lol my oes hated the water right up until she was 10 just a year before we had to put her down. i finally got her to just stand in the water which was impossible when she was younger and one day she decided to swim out into the current and almost floated away because she could not get out of the current.

  • It diden't get eaten...sadface

  • these dogs are butt heavy but learn very quickly to swim, we held his butt up for the first few times until he got used to it... .. I haven't met an oes that doesn't like the water.. and what beautiful water that is.. amazing..

  • @filly40 My OES will not go near water. Or trains!

  • Mine won't swim but good to see one that does. What dreamy waters!

  • 0:41 YAHOOOOOO !

  • Bobtails look much better with a tail!

  • I guess that is your opinion, mainly in the states we are used to the bobtail look.. Our vet also feels it is necessary due to infections with all the hair and moisture.. this way, it can air out properly... they do look quite cute with the tails though... either way, they are adorable....

  • You can also cut their hair to prevent infections. Sorry, it´s the same poor comment like:"We don´t cut his long fringe cause it keeps his eyes." Dogs only become purblind with too long hair in front of their eyes at best. It´s thankfully forbidden to cut their tails in my country since late the 90s. Excuse my School-English.

  • excelente pillos

  • nice cute dog

  • these dogs don't like to swim. their hair is too heavy. you are lucky he was okay. i love OES.

  • My first Bobtail loved swimming, my second one don't like it very much.

  • really? our loves it :D she goes in the pond everyday, does 20 lengths a day, goes snorkelling with the fishes, and dives from 50'' up. All with her trusty bonio goggles and swimsuit. (; Ok maybe I'm exaggerating a little... LOL

  • Yes, he was bad swimmer but he always gave the best of him! I use to swim together with him by lifting his back up on the surface! This way he didnt sink. I wasn't able to use my arms, but anyway, we were tandem with six legs and honestly, we were pretty fast :-)

  • true, they do get very heavy with the hair.. i give my oes a summer cut leaving about 1 1/2 " of hair.. so he doesn't hold much water.. He lives in the pool during the summer..

  • @gretchenah mine loves to swim! and we shave her.

  • This dog is awesome!!!

I can't believe how he is so brave.

I wanna dog like him! :)))
