Yea, i made similar ones like that cost me about $50, not much but when i wanted to make a bigger one that looks pretty cool and it;s right in the middle of my room so i love Halloween i have tow ground chill foggers that work really good and my room is perfect for circulation because my door and window are on opposite corners of my box room so then i have a ceiling fan took it off and replaced a different one that has a reverse setting to set up on my switch turned on foogers and it was huge.
I am looking to make a larger one using an acrylic tube with laser cut vents to cause the tornado, any thoughts that might help me?

i actually made it myself. there are free plans online or you could just click around youtube. mine only cost about $80 to make.
