I think that they only had permission to fly that low on campus. Plus, this looks like a Saturday or Sunday morning and the Sea Plane traffic going from Lk Union to Lk Washington goes right over the ship canal & Montlake Bridge, so it's restricted.

When you think of all the transit that goes over (soon to be under w/LINK too) that 2 block area: Seaplanes, SeaTac traffic (Husky Stadium is the visual for landing from the North & East), 520, Montlake Blvd, Boats on the Ship Canal... amazing!
